The legality of this is NOT in the users favor and as the new tumblr TOS states, said users will be entirely liable for whatever legal matters arise.

Besides filling out the survey, it’s time to show tumblr we mean business and show our displeasure by hitting them where it hurts.

watching fandoms you loved dissolve into absolute bullshit is so depressing. i’m done with the gatekeeping or people acting like they own a fandom, especially if they’re newer and completely disrupted everyone else’s peaceful dynamic. fandom isn’t about how popular you want to make yourself seem, or how exclusive you can make your group. and honestly? this is one of the main reasons why fandom is dying.
