I just. I get really emotional about mirror spiders and their reflective scales.

they look like itty bitty bejeweled hatpins and I can’t. cope. i want one to dangle on my earlobe like an earring and whisper its tiny spider secrets into my ear. i would laugh at all of its jokes, and walk slowly and with my neck held very straight, so as not to disturb it during spider naptime.
