Luffy points at him with an intense and stern expression and asks. "What about farts? (For some reason this is a common question he asks whenever he meets a new species or strange person)

PT 2 Caesar now looks at him with a dumbfounded expression as if he's insulted to have even been asked that. He is then startled by Luffy yelling off camera "ANSWER THE QUESTION!"

The third woman is sitting on top of the couch. All of them are unbothered by whatever is happening to the person on the phone.

PT 1 Usopp and Nico Robin are looking out into the distance.

Usopp "Stay sharp! I bet Doflamingo is watching our every move! Creepy asshole.."

PT 2 Nico Robin "I wonder if he's planning to string up our dismembered limbs and organs after he kills us"

Usopp turns to her quickly while pointing to his head, looking very distressed. "Your inside voice Robin, use your inside voice PLEASE just once in your life!"

About halfway through Dressrosa.

Caesar has become one of my favorite OP villians, i love that pathetic lil fart clown.
