His hair was kinda hard tbh. I was actually thinking about some how turning some of my sketches into stickers, but I suck when it comes to using a pen for drawing.

Also, I’m glad everyone seems to be liking my drawings of characters riding horses. I used to be even worse then I am now with drawing people on horses, but hopefully I can get better!

Continuing on the theme from yesterday:

This is what happens when I try to draw a horse with no references whatsoever. The result is… interesting… (╥﹏╥)

I normally will be looking at multiple photos of horses as well as a horse anatomy chart while sketching. This time, I decided to try going from memory. It’s better then it was a few months ago….

If you can’t tell already, I love horses with a burning passion (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶)

I’m really enjoying using this new blending stick I got from a friend. It’s literally just a piece of thick paper rolled into a pencil shape, but it works so well!

I did use references for these sketches.

1. Navi as a human/korkiri?

Well, I had an ask similar to this but it appears I have accidentally deleted it?? My apologies to whoever it was who sent it. I believe it was something along the lines of Navi as a human or fairy? I’m not much of a fairy drawer, but I was able to sketch this up. ദ്ദി ˉ͈̀꒳ˉ͈́ )✧

4. Twilight Princess Link and Midna

This is now the second time I have drawn Midna. Ever. She is really difficult to draw, mostly because of her crown thing. The first time I tried drawing her (which was years ago) I horribly butchered her face, eyes and helmet. After that first failed attempt, I decided to simply never try drawing her (ᵕ—ᴗ—)

However, this time around proved to be a bit easier, mostly because I figured I would go for simplicity instead of trying to sketch every detail of the helmet. I can’t understand how the mangakas of the TP manga were able to draw it in the detail they did through an entire series.

Overall, I am pretty pleased with the outcome! ദ്ദി ˉ͈̀꒳ˉ͈́ )✧

Request: Hare (Tales from Earthsea) in tears of sorrow

So, uh, I can explain…

I SUCK at drawing characters crying, so I’m hoping you’ll accept this really crappy character sketch of Hare instead!

(Btw I have not watched Earthsea yet but it’s on the list. I just know who Hare is because I watched Nausicaa and he looks a lot like Kurotowa.)

Tried sketching Shad in my art style from the Zelda Twilight Princess manga.

He’s honestly my favourite character. Such an adorable goof!

(I’m doing western types, nothing asian bc they are super small and like ponies lol)

The breeds I’ve chosen are supposed to be a bit more medieval like and historically accurate.

Btw, plz don’t just pick the Friesian because they’re black. A black horse would probably suit Aku better, but just remember that other breeds can also be black lol

(Btw ignore the fact that Adalusian and Iberian horse is basically the same thing. Idk what I was thinking.)
