A tracer is making money with our works

Hello guys, this is a bit different post than what I usually do but please spread the word of awareness for the FNAF, Genshin Impact, Undertale and MHA communities.

A YouTuber named Suitor LP and his thumbnail artist Tanabearchan (minors do not click this link it's an 18+ acc) have been using a lot of other people's art, traced, on the thumbnails of his videos. A lot of the thumbnails included multiple different FNAF, Genshin Impact, Undertale and MHA/BNHA fanworks, and after talking with Suitor LP himself he has apparently been the one to find these artworks from pinterest and then paid Tanabear to trace/edit them, paying her $200 a month for it.

Most of his videos are apparently NSFW audios, so your art might have been used in that sort of video. I have screenshots of all the original thumbnails from the past 8 or 9 months with the stolen artworks saved. He has, in a matter of panic, tried to save his and Tanabear's reputations, by trying to BRIBE me with money to keep my mouth shut while he and Tanabear remove all the evidence of the tracing from his discord server and YouTube.

I am not completely sure what the real reason behind all of this is, and who is the bigger criminal here, because Suitor's story changed the narrative multiple times during our chats in discord yesterday. At first, I assumed he was a victim of a scam, so I took my own strike down but told him to fire his thumbnail artist and that I'd call her out for scamming. He didn't seem to want me to do that, and then his story started to change from him "not knowing his artist was tracing" to "I was the one who found the pictures from Pinterest and told her to trace them"

He was constantly changing the story around about everything, and tried to reason with me not to do this callout from everything from "Other YouTubers do it too" to tragic 'pity me' stories of his youtube career to eventually raising his bribe to $100.

He promised to change, and replace all the thumbnails, but the damage is already done, and judging his constantly changing story I would not believe anything he says at this point. I will add all the screenshots of the video thumbnails I took under the cut. He has now taken down all the thumbnails but I really don't trust he is going to change, he literally said to me when I first started chatting with him that he "learned his lesson 2 years ago" (to not use stolen artwork) but it really seems like he didn't.

I recognised one of the artworks of DJMM to belong to @ballpitbee and one of the Moon drawings to belong to another 18+ artist I follow on Twitter.

Suitor LP has gained money from his videos by using the artworks to lure people to his videos. Some of the arts might have been done by minors, and they've been used in NSFW audio videos. Tanabearchan has gained $200 per month to trace and edit these artworks for him for probably over a year now.

I do not usually call people out publicly. This situation is just so unfair and I think people need to be aware of this. Idk what we can do at this point, but I just don't want these people to be let go without facing at least some sort of consequences. So I'm spreading awareness to not support his channel and to not support the artist who traces others' work for money.

One guards the day while the other guards the night. The children are well protected and prefer to keep it that way.

Though… they couldn’t help but favor a child. And you happen to be parent of that child. The beautiful/handsome parent.

I bet they go out of their way to make you stay longer. Whether you’re trying to go to work/school or you’re trying to get your child home before dinner.

“But Miss/Sir, it’s only 6:30! It wouldn’t hurt to spend time with me and (child’s name.”

“Aww, but your child is still so sleepy, why don’t you stay a little longer. We can spend time together while your child gets some extra rest.”

One day, you come in late to pick up your child. You dash to the daycare in hopes that nothing happened to your lil baby. But… you couldn’t find them anywhere. Not in the ball pit, not by the coloring station, not even by the timeout corner. You start to freakout before Sun approaches you.

“Oh! Hello (Y/N)! Are you looking for (child’s name)?”

“Oh yes! Have you seen them?”

“I have. They were still sleepy, so I took them to the napping room to get some extra sleep.”

Sun leads you to a random room that happened to be hidden from the children. You sense that something is wrong, but your child approached you with excitement. Apparently, that was the distraction needed for Sun to close and lock the door behind you.

You grab your kid by the hand and try to bang on the door.

“Hello?! Why is the door locked? Please let us out, the daycare is gonna close in 30 minutes!”

“Mama/Papa, what’s going on?” Your child looks at you with worry as you start to panic. Once you saw the look on your child’s face, you take a deep breath and put on your brace face.

“It’s alright, (child’s name). We just need to leave before we get in trouble.” You look around before noticing a screwdriver on a self. “Do you want to play ‘Super Spy’?”

You undo the screws on the vent and carefully put the vent gate to the side. You let your child go in first before following behind. It was most likely luck that the vent lead straight to the entrance, but you weren’t going to punch a gift horse in the mouth.

As you both made it out of the vent, you both finally make it to the main entrance. Your child exits the vent with you behind him. You look around to see if anyone is nearby, but only see map bots zooming here and there. You gently hold your child’s hand and hurriedly guide them to the. The gate shift and start to close, causing you to grab your child and run to the closing gate. Your child holds onto you tightly as you almost make it to the glass doors.

But, Moon suddenly grabs you and lifts you up from the ground. Your child, still clinging onto you, screams as they are suddenly high off the ground. You reach the door with the tiny bit of hope you had left, but the gate had finally shut. You are both trapped now…

Despite the police searching everywhere, the authorities never thought to look in the tower that held the Sun and Moon.

Luckily, pizza wasn’t the only thing that you and your child have to eat. But that doesn’t stop the existential dread that the obsessed robot of the daycare will keep the both of you until your brains eventually turn to mush.

The bots equally take time to dote on you and your beloved child. This meant that they are always able to prevent escape. Your child didn’t understand the situation, but they knew that you wanted to leave. Unfortunately, Sun and Moon both denied you and your child even when your kid pleaded with them.

The Sun and the Moon will love you forever. And your child shall have their Neverland.

But you won’t forget, you’re here forever…

Sorry for double posting but APPARENTLY those commission scammers have showed up on Tumblr at least for the first time for me.

For those who don’t know what I am talking about, there were/are commission scams going on in Instagram and even places like Artstation where people would pretend to be interested in your work and try to commission a pet or portrait for the sake of trying to get your bank details. Here’s how to (somewhat) sniff them out:

1- They don’t seem to be an average customer/ person that would be involved in your fandom, or has a blank template for an account or don’t even follow you.

2- They ask you to draw a portrait or a pet picture either for themselves or their children/family.

3- They promise to overpay you (in the hundreds) and do not listen to you even if you firmly state the price is cheaper.

4- They are constantly asking for your email name, or private details regarding things like banking details or passwords or other private information others should not know.

5- They try and over reassure you they mean no harm, try to guilt you into giving them the info, or become aggressive over you not giving them what they want.

What should you do if you come across one of these guys? My best advice is to block and report. Sadly these people jump account to account so there isn’t really much to do other than spread this info to prevent artists from being scammed.
