None of them know all of the languages mixed in there fluently. They hear words and understand them but they couldn't tell you which language that word is from.

damian in arabic: no i thought that was thomas’ job?

duke french: me? no jason said he’d do something

jason in arabic: hey don’t drag me into this!

steph in russian: who are we killing?

dick in english: ah! nobody! wait i didn’t know you spoke romani

tim in greek: you’re an asshole

jason in english: wait my greek is rusty say it again slowly

tim in greek: you’re an asshole

Absolutely. In S1 when Zatara puts on the Dr.Fate helmet and Zatanna effectively loses her dad, Dick/Robin is hovering around her looking like he wants to comfort her. He knew better than anyone there the pain of losing a parent. But no one around him knew that part of his life.

Later on in the Haly's Circus episode, we see that Wally knows about his past but precisely because of that he doesn't bring him on the mission. It's a liability. But that makes him so very lonely and isolated going through that journey alone despite having a team around him.

I was rewatching Young Justice and the fact that all versions of Robin are the only one forced to keep their secret identity even with their teammates and friends is usually written off as Batman being paranoid. I think it's more than that, that it's his way of giving the kids an 'out'. If they ever decide they don't want to fight crime anyone they have a safe identity to return to, no obligations.

They are children first, soldiers second. Bruce knows better than anyone the loneliness his job brings and of course he would want better for anyone, especially his kids.

Oda always does this man he introduces some annoying pervert that’s supposed to be comedic relief except the comedy is just creep behavior. And just as I open my mouth about how I don’t like them, he hits me with the most tragic, heart wrenching, soul sucking back story I have ever seen. And it starts clicking, I see the self loathing behind every word they say, start thinking maybe the pervertedness is an act to keep the serious questions away. Maybe they will never act on these words because they don’t think themselves deserving of anything, much less love.

Then I have to look back and think wtf happened to me?? How did I get here? Why am I crying. Why am I ordering a poster of the pervert? When did I make a million posts about how much I love the pervert?

I’m watching Wisteria Wand and Sword as my mindless cool down background anime rn and thus in the English dub. The main character Will’s voice actor sounds so pretty? Soft? Sweet? Real? Likable? Idk I keep zoning out, hearing his voice and zoning back in smiling. Great change from the usual fantasy MC voice.

Corey Wilder apparently. Don’t think I’ve seen or heard him in a major role before but I hope I do moving forward.

this behemoth of a comic is finally done - and just in time for zoros birthday huehue. initially i wanted to make a zolu introspective from an outsider POV and was like you know who would have really funny input on this … mihawk. and then it spiraled into seven pages of mishanks sitting and talking. i thought it would be funny if mishanks ended up doing self imposed couples therapy the day mihawk brought luffys bounty bc well. its kind of hilarious to think abt mihawk realizing shanks was onto something all those years ago after he meets zoro and luffy. like sure this new generation is batshit crazy but my god are they cooking. anyways. cheers. get some kids

I like to think naturally he’s far sighted but in an alien way super-vision way. So without his glasses he can scope out the city from the sky and do Superman work really well. But at a desk job? Noticing all those minuscule details like the chips in your mug, the graphite dust as you write, the colors and molecules humans can’t see must be exhausting. Like adhd issues but with super-vision.

So his glasses dull that down enough to let him focus on his writing work. Just makes things blurry enough to be at a human level.
