reblog animatic ayano tateyama that was amazing saeru kgpr marry kozakura kousuke seto i want to inhale the art style azami nahusnab ohhh this is so fucking cool i love how you used different covers for everyone the ones you chose fit really well with the characters and play off each other so nicely the back and forths between them sound so so cool i really like the lyric associations you did with them all your video effects also look great and add so much to the vibe your visuals sync up soooo well with everything the cover you used for marry is super pretty it fits really well and sounds so nice with seto and kido and kano i gasped when i heard their covers they sound so good together hibiya's cover sounds kind of breathy and resigned which works really well with him being impaled it's perfect oooh the takane transition to ene oh that wasn't a different cover? i thought she sounded even tinnier it did sound like one but they all came together so seamlessly that i couldn't even tell at that point saeru's cover has a very saeru quality to it idk what it is but it sounds so cool and marry's super pretty cover with that final line ahhhh genuinely so so so well done but i've run out of tags noooo

reblog ray at least for me tpn notelectrictiger12 ahh this looks really cool! really like the way you drew ray's eyes and the mess of his hair the hard white shading looks so good the shading on his face also works really well with the composition the composition is so cool? with or without the camera i think i really like how his hands frame his eye without the camera you referenced yourself for it? i think it shows! i've tried to self reference a few times and it can be really hard to get a good dynamic shot but it looks like you nailed it or are just that good at tweaking it to look even better in your art those are your hands? they look good i like how you posed them around the camera to have like a strong silhouette stuff that can be hard to get right when you're taking your own reference shot i mean i assume you took it with your own camera in a mirror pft fun stuff and you have good results

so i think. there is something special in the way izaya rifles through wallets to catalogue people. i hesitate to call it a love language because, i wouldn't even know how to even define that but.

this guy takes in every scrap of information he can get on someone and starts mapping out the kind of person he thinks they might've been. i know he doesn't care about them individually but i still think he's genuinely fascinated by people and enjoys knowing more about them.

but okay, he'll keep most of that in his head and prioritize keeping only the most essential things directly on him (i like to travel light) so that's his own belongings, polaroids of a family he wants to know more about, sim cards taken from people's phones, condoms, jakow's id, and… shizuo's wallet?

keep in mind that izaya is very deliberate about even the information he documents on his phone (because silly recordings of shizuo are so very important) and of all of the ids they come across he only pockets one. he leaves every other wallet and their cards on the ground!!

the fic doesn't explicitly show us what's still in there but i choose to believe he kept the whole fucking thing. because here, is a record of shizuo. nothing overly personal sure, but proof of his presence as just a guy. a guy who takes public transport, who prefers to use cash, who just has a slip of paper in there that serves no function (it's an old ticket for one of kasuka's movies), who likes to eat at particular places, often, who has connections with others in his life, who feels bad about breaking people's cars, who always carries a condom even if he never gets the chance to use it under the impression that he wouldn't want to be in a relationship, a guy that isn't aware that condoms expire and shouldn't be kept in wallets. and something happened to that condom.... all mundane and carefully preserved with, a few additions.

you're probably not going to understand all of it just from looking at it, and neither would izaya. that's the beauty of it i suppose. but tell me why?? this bastard must've had this thing smuggled away since chapter 6!! y'know, when he totally wanted that guy dead?? 🤨
