Planning out my speech. I love yapping about my passions to a room full of captive classmates.
You know that meme: ignore the background noise, my grandma fell down the stairs.
That's literally every time I visit home.
Plotting something rn. Some might even say scheming.
Digital drawing class is going pretty good I'd say.
Does anyone remember the original Star Trek Episode Assignment: Earth? The one where the crew travel back in time and there is the alien that is trying to stop WW3 and has a sexy cat lady and a strong female receptionist?
Why does that episode feel like a backdoor pilot? Looking it up, those characters only appear in a few books and some non-canon comics. Hardly a group that will have an "interesting future".
Edit:
It was a backdoor pilot lol. The series never got made. Star Trek needs to bring those characters back. I want to know about that cat lady.
Lurking Fear (1994) has got some of the most untapped potential that I've ever seen in a B-rated horror movie. Like, there are so many aspects of it that could have been really cool, but the only real thing it delivered was an awesome Jeffery Combs performance (as if there's any other kind).
The designs for the monsters are actually pretty cool as long as they aren't lingered on for too long. For the majority of the movie, their pretty spooky because they're only seen briefly as they attack before they disappear. We only see the maimed townsfolk and the aftermath. But then that one started talking and I kid you not, I almost dropped to the floor I was laughing so hard. The delivery of "You called me Satan >:(" in that stupid deep evil voice was too much for me man.
Almost everything else sucked.
There's a really cool point in this if you will bear with me, okay!
Peter Serafinowicz voices Death in the new audio books and in the new The Amazing Maurice, right? He's kind of like the new official Death in productions now like Christopher Lee was.
BUT guess what other show he was on that is a complete tonal shift and I didn't even realize it was him? He was The Tick in the Amazon Prime show!!! I absolutely LOVED this show!
(The bastard hid his britishness)
And now get this!
Sir David Jason played Rincwind in the Colour of Magic adaptation, okay? Well he also played Albert in the Hogfather Adaption!
There were a few other actors that where in both as well.
My point is:
Actors play in different things and everytime I discover this I get really excited for no reason 🙃.
Thank you for coming to my TedTalk.
Shoutout to that one user who posted a video/gif of two of Sutekh's robots killing a guy by smashing him with their boobs, but then I guess deleted it so I look like an idiot when I tried to find it to send to my friends. Count your days buddy.
I was literally just thinking to myself yesterday that I was glad these two hadn't been paired together for the semifinals. What a fool I was.
Propaganda
Toshiro Mifune (Rashomon, Seven Samurai, Grand Prix, Stray Dog)—i love and respect my boi tab hunter (rest in peace you beautiful, beautiful man ❤️), but after i watched like 12 of his movies in a row on tcm last year, i ALSO love and respect toshiro mifune, son of a literal actual hatamoto’s (a high-ranking samurai) daughter, also very possibly related to the best judokan EVER, AND, he’s the guy who SHOULD have been obi-wan kenobi. the fact that he’s ALSO hot as hell just adds to his appeal.
Sidney Poitier (Lilies of the Field, To Sir With Love)—an unbelievably beautiful man, a complete class act. Something about his eyes breaks my heart every time.
This is the final poll of the Hot & Vintage Men Tournament. Please reblog with further support of your beloved hot sexy vintage man.
THIS POLL LASTS FOR 24 HOURS.

Toshiro Mifune propaganda:
"In addition, he spoke fluent mandarin and every time he was casted in foreign films, he said his lines in the language of the movie (although they ended up dubbing him. He wasn’t happy about it though).”
Submitted: this gifset
Also submitted: this video (yes, that one)
"Crucial Toshiro Mifune propaganda: THOSE LEGS"
"That is hella muscle. Go watch The Hidden Fortress, aka Star Wars A New Hope. His thighs deserve an award."
Sidney Poitier propaganda:
