The Tiara is a small minor tiara. It features large scroll elements arranged across a geometric band of diamonds (The Halo Tiara has a total of 1,000 diamonds) & maintains all the characteristics of the Art Deco movement of design that started in 1925. The gems are of Geometric shape, in whatâs described as a baton shape, topped by round diamonds that punctuate the points between the scrolls along the top. The scrolls have an almost wave-like shape on one side giving the piece a sense of movement. They are each covered in round diamonds and edged with a line of specially cut tapered square and rectangular gems. The triple line of round diamonds at the bottom complete the piece. The largest diamondâa round brilliantâhighlights the top center of design.

ððððŸðð:
The Tiara was made in 1923 from a necklace The Queen Mother received from her husband His Majesty George VI The King. Elizabeth decided sheâd rather dismantle it and reuse the gems elsewhere. Only six months after she received it, Garrard broke up the necklace and used the diamonds and pearls to create this tiara. The Tiara is a delicate diamond tiara of fanned motifs crowned by floating diamond arches and studded with two pearls at the base and a central top pearl.
