Trigger/content warning: burns, mention of an unpleasant situation.‼️‼️

I offer MAXIMALLY strong condolences to the people of Los Angeles...... Guys, hang in there, escape the fire, and whoever has pets, children, be sure to take care of them. It is also unfortunate that many celebrities, and people in general, have lost their homes and mansions. Take care of yourselves and everything will be fine. 🙏🏻

On that topic, I just humanized a famous Hollywood sign and decided to sketch it as it is now. Yes, it looks kind of creepy and violent, but I just wanted to get a little bit into the theme myself since such a fuss has been made.

I also drew Liberty's reaction to the situation. If any of the people in LA were in NYC, Liberty could support them physically, but as it is, she supports and sympathizes with them over the internet, but it's better than nothing.

Again, my condolences, dear LA residents.🙏🏻❤

My arts with Liberty🗽(she's my fav)

A few facts about her:

- she has a foster son, Charles, who she adopted after she first saw him alone on the subway.

- She hates seagulls who constantly steal her food.

- she's mentally traumatized by the death of twins (I don't think I need to explain which twins we're talking about).

- She loves puns, especially about herself, in short, this lady is self-ironic.

- She works hard without weekends, so her dream is to get away from NYC on vacation for at least 3 months (although I'm sure she needs more vacation time).

P. S. Some art from another artist, as these are commishees I've commissioned.

It was art for my DTIYS.
She's gonna take over New York, right? Isn't she?

That boy in her hands is Charles. He's wearing his mother's crown, but the torch and the tablet are souvenirs.

+ bonus!

- Cal has a mom who currently lives in Queens.

- There is a dog (a cocker spaniel) named Rocco. He is the family dog.

- Cal does not have a father, which is why he deeply sympathized with Liberty regarding the loss of loved ones.

- Cal is 32 but looks very young, about 22-25 years old.

- He's allergic to sakura.

- Also wants to be at least a little more stricter, not perpetually nervous.

No drawings, but you hang in there🙏

In the meantime, I want to give a mini-fact about Liberty and Cal's relationship (attention, spoilers!):

Cal came to Liberty as a new assistant in his 18th year, in 2004, when Liberty Island became completely open except for the roof of the pedestal (Liberty couldn't go out to people then, but the image had already been changed).

At first Liberty didn't trust Cal very much, because he was still young and didn't want problems like with her previous assistant, who was too serious, without a sense of humor and didn't treat Liberty very well, even sometimes calling her irresponsible.

However, Cal tried to please Liberty in everything - he brought her dinner and took care of her sleep when she was always working; he obeyed her in everything, so that she did not scold him, and in general was an obedient assistant, albeit a little nervous by nature.

Then one day Cal found Liberty in tears; she was crying, remembering the twins again. Cal listened to her, supported her, and Liberty confessed to him that he was indeed a reliable helper, and even more... friend. Cal kept Liberty from getting depressed over the tragedy, and she remembered it for a long time, so now he is still her trusted helper and best friend.

But here's the moment... Cal, through all his work with Liberty, began to realize that he had a crush on her, so he began to hint at it to her in some way. Of course, a little later Liberty has already guessed everything, but since the law forbids people to have romantic relationships with landmarks, Liberty can only have a friendly relationship with Cal and he's basically okay with that... Cal is used to it.

Still... Liberty may encourage Cal on occasion... Simply, sometimes smack him on the cheek for a job well done or just for fun (a kiss on the cheek can also be friendly). But most of the time they just cuddle or have a heart-to-heart talk.

It's like this.

I want to tell a little bit about the AWW lore (Atlas of Wonders of the World):

- If the landmark isn't a statue, but for example some building, tower, etc, then they (humanizations) live actually in their building/tower or somewhere near them. But if the landmark is a statue, then they are just like living people who live in their pedestal (some personal apartment inside or something), but if there is no pedestal, then they live somewhere near where they were built.

- Landmarks though their biological species is human, but unlike real humans, they can live much longer. The maximum age is unknown.

The birth date of landmarks is when they are opened to the public, however, the age of landmarks is still counted from the beginning of construction. For example, the Statue of Liberty began construction in 1876, and the grand opening was in 1886, so October 28, 1886 is the date of its birthday, but in fact it is 138 years old.

+ bonus: the real age of a landmark counts as its actual age (from the day it was built), and human age is more of a mental thing.

Also, as I mentioned before that landmarks live longer than humans and can look much younger than their real age. Just about that... For example the humanization of the Great Wall of China is over 2000 years old, but himself looks 80+ (Yeah and the fact that the Chinese live a long time plays a bit of a role too).

So there you go...

P. S. Sorry for the flat coloring of the sketch, I was really tired last time 😭
