I ALMOST SHIFTED A FEW DAYS AGO!!! I DECIDED TO THINK TO MYSELF, "I WILL SHIFT! NOTHING WILL STOP ME!"

You being alive is enough reason for you to be worthy of shifting realities.

You don't need to have a method(s) to shift. You don't need affirmations. You don't need a subliminal. You just need you.

If methods, affirmations, and subliminals help you, then go head and use it. I'm not going to judge. (Methods and affirmations help me).

Just know you don't NEED it. Not having it won't stop you shifting. Just breathe and do whatever is comfort and feels right to you. Just don't let anyone tell you that you NEED something to shift.

Maybe you would be more successful if you focused on yourself instead of losing your mind over where other people are shifting or what they’re shifting for.

Literally why do you care?

You’re not gonna be able to stop them anyway. Move on.

thinking about all the aromantic people who died thinking they were broken. thinking about all the aromantic people who died settling for "at least I care about this person". thinking about all the aromantic people that died without ever being able to know why they couldn't reciprocate the feelings of anyone, men, women, people of other genders and more. thinking about all the aromantic people that died being called sluts that never found the right person to marry. thinking about all the aromantic people that died that had to tell themselves that it was fine, they were fine, this marriage will be okay and it will be for the future of their lineage, while crying themselves to sleep every night. thinking about all the aromantic people that died that we will never know about, because being aromantic isn't even close to a possibility in the mind of society at large. because love is supposed to be the force that saves everything. because love is supposed to bring everyone together. because to love is human.

So I've shifted once just a few months ago and I've been trying to shift for five years. It was only for a minute but I was there. (I am refusing to call it a mini-shift or whatever people call it because no matter how long you were there: you SHIFTED)

With my affirmations, I always say, 'I am in (my Desired Reality name), I am (my Desired Reality self name).

And I've never believed that having dreams about your DR helped you shift. Because I have only had one dream where my s/o in one reality was there.

But for the past few days I've changed my affirmations to being, "I know I am in my (Desired Reality name), I know I am (my Desired Reality self name).

And I kid you not, ever since then my s/o in that reality has never failed to be in my dreams.

So take that information as you will.

YES WE ARE BECAUSE ALL OF US HAVE DECIDED TO SHIFT AND BECAUSE OF THAT WE WILL!!!
