Hugo would totally collect action figures and get pissed whenever someone calls them dolls or toys. And as the neat freak that he is, he would totally always have them kept in the boxes (also just to keep them in pristine condition).

I imagine that at some point someone would have taken one out of the box and he would have to try so hard to keep his composure and not absolutely tackle them.

yall know that one scene in howls moving castle where howl says, ‘your hair looks just like starlight’. Imagine that scene with Hugo and moon stone varian cause his hair would be blue, like IT WOULD BE SO CUTE. I am delusional about them :)))

imagine team radical had an apology dance kind of like in gravity falls where Stan had to dance as an apology to Mabel or something like good omens.

like idk, maybe since Hugo and varian fought so much that varian was thinking of a consequence for each other when they were wrong for something and Yong cut in asking if he could make one and varian just went along with it resulting in the dance (Hugo constantly died of embarrassment when he had to do it)
