hello I’m new to tumblr! It’s nice to meet you all!

im here coming from wattpad! On wattpad I’m known as KayTayMay and I mostly post mha/bnha fan fictions but sometimes I might post something else I don’t draw anything other than mushrooms really so I might post those but mostly I’ll be reposting comics that I’ve found! I’ll make sure to always say if I made the art or not!

Ok I’m gonna try and write two different mind control quirks. I’m also gonna try to make them as different to each others and Hitoshi’s as possible

Intelligence enhancer: this quirk gives its user the ability to alter people’s intelligence levels, for example if the quirk is used on kaminari depending on how much you use it he could become as smart as Iida or even as smart as nezu, however if used whilst kaminari is dumb he will simply be as smart as he is normally. The quirk lasts for two hours or shorter if the user cuts it off sooner. The downsides to this quirk are, that you can’t use it on yourself, you can’t use it on more than one person, and if overused you become dumber yourself depending on how much you used the quirk. Geez that’s a lot of details.

Next quirk! Also I’m for actually gonna do more than two :)

Memory illusions: this quirk gives its user the ability to temporarily change a persons memories, you can do as little as change what shirt they think they wore yesterday or as big as make them think they spent an entire week doing something completely different to what they actually did. The downsides to this quirk are, you can only do this to one person at a time and if you use it on someone else the other person will immediately regain their original memories, if quirk is overused you get temporary memory loss the more memories you changed the more you lose yourself. This is also a lot of details and I’m coming up with these on the spot! Good job me!

Next quirk!

Dreamy messages: this quirk gives its users the ability to enter people dreams and communicate with them until they wake up. The downsides to this quirk are, you can only communicate with someone if they are asleep, and your dream can only last for five minutes until it stops. Also you can communicate with up to five people in their dreams at a time and the dream will be shared between them all. I really like the name of this one

Next quirk!

Physical control: this quirk allows its user to control another persons body this includes their quirk, for example if used on deku you could make him jump or run around using one for all, however when quirk is in use your body goes into a sleep like state and your mind is in whoever’s body your controlling due to this you can communicate with them but they cannot stop you from what you’re doing. The downside to this quirk are, when in use you cannot use your actual body, and depending on how strongly willed the person is the quirk can last up to a few hours or only a couple minutes. This one’s really cool

Next up isssss!

Body swap: this quirk gives its user the ability to swap bodies with anyone they choose, they do not have to be in the same room as the person in order to swap bodies with them. The downside to this quirk are, once in the other persons body you cannot control what they do in yours, the quirk only lasts for twenty four hours or sooner if you wish. When in the other persons body you are able to use their quirk but so is the other person so you must trust the other person you’re swapping with. I got this quirk idea from different videos I’ve seen of body swaps

Next and final quirk!

Spoken thoughts: this quirk gives its user the ability to cause up to thirty other people to state their thoughts out loud. The quirk will not turn off until the user chooses but the longer it stays on the more it affects the user until they are also stating all their thoughts out loud as well. The downsides to this quirk are, the longer it’s on the more it affects its user, and if the villain doesn’t think about what they’re doing the quirk doesn’t help much. Final quirk is done!

This honestly took so long to make but I hope these quirks are what you wanted!!

In desperate need of ideas for mind control quirks, cannot stop thinking about how fun those would be. feel free to go ham writing about it.

SHIGARAKI IS BACK 🙏 BNHA 425 THEORY

Okay, so with the latest chapter leaks I know I’m not the only one hoping that our lord and saviour the King of Destruction has risen. We have all been in denial about this glorious hate-filled man’s death, and I know many will put this latest slew of ‘he’s back’ posts down to delulu coping.

However, I believe we are not being delulu. I firmly believe that shigaraki IS back. And that is all down to the evidence in Horikoshi’s visuals in these latest leaks.

Exhibit A: Hand Placement

Shigaraki is a character renowned for his hands - and hand symbolism in general. Is it any wonder then that one of the key things we see of this ‘random villain’ in the new leaks is a hand dragging against a wall?

Furthermore this panel where the random villain drags his hand reminds me of another panel much earlier in the story.

This page is from the My Villain Academia intro much earlier in the manga, and though it’s not identical or anything, the way both this random villain in the new chapter and shigaraki drag their hands is similar.

But if you’re not convinced by that circumstantial evidence, than listen further gentle reader…

Exhibit B: Destroying That House

As we also see in the new leaks, our random villain is emerging from the ruins of a destroyed house. This is explicit symbolism and parallelism in the story to shigaraki, whose entire arc and character centre around his desire to destroy the house and society that oppressed him. To see this random villain emerging from it now, seemingly born anew in the society which has been forever changed by shigaraki’s actions, is proof enough that this villain is shigaraki. Why else include the image of a house?

But if that doesn’t convince you, then move onto Exhibit C, the most damning evidence of all.

Exhibit C: Those Damn Grippers

We all know what shigaraki’s feet look like by now; the man will not put those dogs away. The random villain’s feet in these leaks and the tattered pants look exactly like Shigaraki’s did during the re-destro fight.

Therefore: despite his narrative shortcomings, Horikoshi is an incredible visual artist and one of the best mangakas currently in shonen. His panelling, details, and visual foreshadowing/parallels/storytelling are incredible. I do not believe in coincidence where Horikoshi’s visuals are concerned, and particularly within these leaks, where we are in the story’s epilogue and the wake of what is clearly a dissatisfied ending for shigaraki’s character (both for deku and the narrative). Shigaraki has risen, he had returned.

My fellow Shigaraki fans, at long last, we are about to get Tenko Shimura: Rising.

Air Blaze: this quirk gives its user the ability to make a portion of the air act like invisible fire, this fire is invisible to everyone but the user who is able to see an outline of the fire the user is immune to their own fire but cannot control it, the fire simply acts on its own, however, the user can stop the fire by turning off their quirk. The downsides to this quirk are, you can’t control the flames, even with seeing the outline of the fire it’s hard to keep track of where it is, the fire does create smoke, but the smoke looks more like steam and is hard to see.

I had no idea how I was going to make blazing air at first but I think it turned out pretty good! :)

SO! I’ve been pondering the idea of an oc who has a support hero type quirk thats semi tied to her composure/emotions. I NEED HELP BADDD.. i’m not sure what kind of quirk would be fitting for her personality but also like actually useful…. I was thinking something that could be pink related or just generally cutesy (tysm for your time ^^)

Hey sorry it took me a week to answer I’ve been camping and haven’t had access to the internet for a while :)

Feeling Pink: when the user feels certain emotions they can help others in different ways. When the user is happy they can boost others moods causing them to be more determined and focused. When the user is sad they can cause their enemies to feel weakened and scared. When the user is angry they can cause their allies to become stronger and more durable. When they’re scared they can cause their allies to become more aware of their surroundings so they can better anticipate any attacks. Any other more minor emotions either do nothing or the same thing as whichever emotion they’re most similar to. When the quirk is in use the user and whoever is being affected with have a pink aura surrounding them. The downsides of this quirk are, the user cannot affect themself, the user is unable to force emotions but they are more emotional than most.

Hope this is what you wanted! I’m pretty happy with it especially since I didn’t really know what to do at first. :)

@kaytaygay Asked for some todoroki and tokoyami so here you go~

To get right down to the meat of it todoroki and tokoyami are very similar, they can seem cold or unfeeling and then turn to just as hot and rageful, although dark shadow is more angry then Fumikage. Their odd ways of speaking makes them stand out and they can be overly blunt. They both have experience in restraining parts of themself, specifically their quirks but also their feeling. Finally they have a connection, as Fumi points outs, as being the successors of Endeavor and Hawks.

In the beginning of MHA todoroki was extremely closed off and never used his fire. For as much of a powerful presence he had, Fumi and shadow had very little interaction with him he and didn’t register him as a threat. Once todoroki started using his fire he also opening up and that cold demeanor disappeared. I would imagine their friendship started through small interactions that showed their similarities and opened up for a closer relationship.

Tokoyami sits right in front of todoroki in class so it’s easy for them to speak to each other, especially for dark shadow because they wouldn’t get caught by the teacher. Todoroki was more confused by a sentient quirk than most people due to his lack of socialization but that is also what made it so easy to move past. He just assumed this was some other thing he had no idea about that was completely normal and rolled with it. Dark shadow gets so bored in class and will pester todoroki if they can slip past Fumi. It’s certainly noted that at first shadow was wary of shoto’s fire power, but shoto is such a calm presence they never felt like they were in any danger.

Conversations between fumikage and todoroki are simple and easy. They usually spend most their time together just enjoying each other’s company in silence. There are times one of them will go on a tangent about their interests and the other will listen happily. Dark shadow will often start a conversation when they are around and Todoroki enjoys dark shadows excitement. Todoroki doesn’t have many hobbies so he likes to join on games tokoyami and dark shadow will play like cards or board games, he gets really confused and loses every time but it’s still fun to watch shadow and Fumi bicker. I would have to say the best arrangement is when Midoriya is also part of their hang outs because you have two hyper characters and two calming ones and they even each other out. Tokoyami has to often play the parent tho and make sure the other three don’t get into trouble (he usually fails).

One of their conversations topics is their mentors . Both of them have big shoes to fill from endeavor and hawks and will talk about the future. Todoroki inevitably talks about how his dad treated him and tokoyami has to play therapist again (he likes helping his friends, it’s his calling). He understands the stress of having a strict parent who wants their child to perfect. He reminds todoroki that even if endeavor is trying to be better, that doesn’t make his past actions are ok and it’s normal to be angry about it. “Mental scars don’t heal so easily.” Todoroki likes asking tokoyami for advice after that. I do think shoto has panic attacks from ptsd and early on no one had any knowledge about this (eventually everyone will have ptsd but shush) except tokoyami and he immediately started grounding techniques for him. After tokoyami rescues hawks from dabi, he gets triggered by shotos flames and todoroki has to return the favor.

In general tokoyami and dark shadow are surprisingly close to todoroki because their personalities mesh so well (they are autistic your honor). By the time the provisional license roles around todoroki and tokoyami are good friends because in the survival training ova todoroki refers to him as such.
