nothing will change your perspective on a character like someone who is batshit obsessed with them
“Boy, I thought you were afraid of the mugger. But we found what you were really afraid of, didn’t we Brucie? You’re afraid you disappointed them. You’re afraid you’ve dishonoured them. And you’re right, Brucie. It’s kinda funny when you think about it. Ever since that night in the alley, you’ve been trying to do right by old mom and dad. To be the justice they never got. But get this: your entire life’s work, all it’s done? Is turn you into something your parents could never love.”
"friends don't look at each other like that" well okay you coward you do whatever you want however i WILL look at my friends like they're the most important thing in the world. i love them with my whole heart and i will hold their hand and stare at the stars not because i wanna fuck them but because they mean the world to me and i care about them. fuck you
Seeing how alot of the fanon avians kinda have also become test tube babies (experiment aus/theories), I like to think they just don't have some instincts and features a normal avian would have
-and this gives Phil, the resident canon crow, really bad uncanny valley. At first he writes it off as the others being other types of birds.
But then he finds out the others can't chirp or don't know how to preen-- he gets really suspicious. Phil writes it off with the fact they forget memories from before the island, yet it still unsettles him.
Its like a wolf seeing a domesticated dog, like a weird mockery of yourself.
"You don't know me. I'm not the same person anymore."
"That's okay. I'll get to know you again."
I really do think Beelzebub had the potential to be the most sinister of the Sins. She's the Sin of Gluttony and she encourages people to overindulge and act upon their vices (unless they're Mammon apparently) because she revels in excess, but what if there was a darker side to her?
Amongst the dregs of Hell, Bee is considered a blessing. A kind woman who will help those in need to find happiness and is always willing to lend a helping hand to the hapless nobodies. However, things are not always what they seem with her. In reality, she's a master manipulator and the biggest enabler in Hell. How she 'helps' people is by encouraging them to act upon their vices, not so subtly goading them into developing addictions. She always has a bountiful supply of products to feed into these addictions. Addictions they cannot financially support.
And who does she mainly target? Hellhounds and Imps! The lowest of the low, basically slaves! She builds a false sense of security and friendship with these poor Demons, pretending to understand what they're going through and making the friendless think they have someone who cares in this scary violent world. She preys upon the weak and vulnerable.
Due to her position and status, Bee has never had to worry about money issues. Her customer base however, they tend to reach the point where they can't support their addictions. Almost instantly, Bee will turn upon them, throwing herself a big pity parade about how betrayed she feels, threatening to cut off her customer. Unable to turn away from their addictions, they will beg for another form of payment, which is exactly what Bee has been waiting for. Her 'friends' will sell their souls if it means being able to feed their addictions, which Bee happily accepts.
At that point, Bee has won. She's earned another sucker's soul, where they will join her army of slaves to produce more of her delightful products, which will inevitably be used to lure in more unsuspecting victims.
Her influence is so strong that she has customers in practically every corner of Hell, all on her payroll. All suckered in by her kind facade and promises of numbing the pain.

Thoughts?
I'm currently in the process of drawing a comic, and I have found myself struggling with the composition, specifically what angle a character should be viewed from, how to space the text bubbles, and how to have the characters and objects placed. So I was wondering if you have any advice to give on that? Thanks!
To be honest, coming up with the composition for a panel is a lot like shooting a movie. Different angles invoke specific emotions but also help draw your focus on what's important. Different angles are especially useful for fight scenes, since they give it a lot more momentum. I'd suggest taking inspiration from different media for it. Manga and Anime is especially good at that kind of stuff.
As for the text bubbles and the placement of the characters it's important to remember that the eye trails across a page like this:
So what you wanna do in composition is work with this flow and not against it.
The eye starts with the text box, wanders over to Kris, Frisk (and Susie), goes down to a noticing a distressed Chara and then it stops at the last text box. Though there are many MANY ways to handle this. But that is a simple example how to explain a decent flow.
A thought just came to me, so if we think about the eggs as kid-shaped for the purpose of fan stuff, hand-me-downs would absolutely be a common thing, especially with the younger kids,
the older kids hit a growth spurt and suddenly all the smaller ones are wearing their old things as new stuff has to be made or even borrowed from the smallest parents.
old coats being passed through multiple kids, it being clear who made each thing based on the quality and style, and who it was made for
parents of the deceased kids tearfully handing over a box of old clothes to the new parents so their clothes will get some use
if some kids have grown bigger dragon features than others or just some at all, such as wings, there being wing holes having to be patched or cut depending on which kid has it now
shoes being the most shared because theyre hard to make
clothes not quite fitting right on the kids but they have to make do with what they have
just, community and sharing and the kids bringing everyone together
a little comic for jasons birthday. on being robin & batman and being brave & scared
