Hot take but describing characters as "Mary Sue" instead of going into what didn't work is a crutch for people who are bad critic's.It does what all bad criticism does at just throws around a buzz word and pretends it's valid critism.There's a big difference bewteen saying a character is poorly written than just outright labelling them as a Mary Sue.
