rudy is in there cause he tried to kill himself , tobias is in there cause he tried to kill his dad and then himself , carmelo is in there cause of suicidal ideation, and emilio is in there because he refused to take his meds and started to spiral really bad , so he voluntarily got put in there because he was scared of hurting his little sister on accident.

Emilio refused to take them because he wanted to feel “normal” and he wanted to prove to himself that he was in control of himself (he was in fact not in control of himself)

Carmelo’s suicidal ideation was because of his self esteem , he felt like everyone he got close to would eventually be hurt my him and he felt horrible about it

Could you tell us more about Tobias’s dog? Where and when did he get him? How does Carmelo feel about him?

Yes, ofc! Tobias found him on his way home from work! He immediately brought him home and beggedddddd Carmelo to let them keep him. Carmelo said yes, of course, but made Tobias promise to do a lot of research. He knew that Tobi didn’t know how to take care of a dog. To find his name, he just looked up “cutest male dog names” and picked the one that he liked the most. Which is Louieeeee!!!

Carmelo loves him! And their daughter loves him too!!

Why would Marianne and Tobias fight for?

Tobias is pretty strict with her. The way his dad treated him when he was younger REAAALLY influenced the way that he treats Marianne. Carmelo helps him with trying to break the cycle, and it has helped a lot. Still , it leads to a lot of issues and fights .

Luther is still present in Tobias’s life. He’s pretty much the only family member present, actually. After Tobias ran away from home, Luther began to… Spy on Tobias? Kinda…? Just watching him when he got out of school, making sure he was okay. He would follow him until he got to Carmelo’s house. One day, he decides to ring the doorbell and speak to Tobias again, behind Lucas’s back. It is a very emotional moment for both of them.
