no little trans boy! don't forcibly feminize yourself into a husk of who you yearn to be in order to appease the people around you who demand you be soft, submissive and feminine!
i think that all the people who argue about gender by saying "the woke left cant even define a woman" need to get hit with the "who are you" question by a buddhist monk. no, thats your name, who are you. no thats your profession, who are YOU. no you fucking idiot thats your species, who are YOUU. dumb bitch u cant even define yourself
i will never be against piracy ever but i also need physical media to remain
not ignoring you not replying to you but a secret third thing
An informational comic I drew last year for my Comics 2 class, reposting it to my new account (had to jump ship from the old one unfortunately) with some minor grammar changes and learned my lesson in adding watermarks! Happy early pride :)
Transmasculine experiences in sex work are often rendered invisible, so let's share them! Reblog to help get more eyes on this, so we can fundraise enough to pay all the contributors.
The Kickstarter for Working Guys: A Transmasculine Sex Worker Anthology is now live.
If you're curious about trans people who do sex work, read about what will be included in the book and get yourself a copy:
this is exactly why I love radiohead
Too much radio … too little head
The extreme difference between these photos is mind boggling
How this country treats someone who (ALLEGEDLY) killed ONE PERSON
Verses how this country treats a man who has and continues to bomb people he knows are innocent…
Update: and the one on the left possibly faces the death penalty. Here’s my thoughts.
FOOD
Find your nearest food bank or mission, for food
grocery stores with free samples, bakeries + stores with day-old bread
different fast food outlets have cheaper food and will generally let you hang out for a while.
some dollar stores carry food like cans of beans or fruit
SHELTER
Sleeping at beaches during the day is a good way to avoid suspicion and harassment
sleep with your bag strapped to you, so someone can’t steal it
Some churches offer short term residence
Find your nearest homeless shelter
Look for places that are open to the public
A large dumpster near a wall can often be moved so that flipping up the lids creates an angled shelter to stay dry
HYGIENE
A membership to the YMCA is usually only 10$, which has a shower, and sometimes laundry machines and lockers.
Public libraries have bathrooms you can use
Dollar stores carry low-end soaps and deodorant etc.
Wet wipes are all purpose and a life saver
Local beaches, go for a quick swim
Some truck stops have showers you can pay for
Staying clean is the best way to prevent disease, and potentially get a job to get back on your feet
Pack 7 pairs of socks/undies, 2 outfits, and one hooded rain jacket
OTHER
first aid kit
sunscreen
a travel alarm clock or watch
mylar emergency blanket
a backpack is a must
downgrade your cellphone to a pay as you go with top-up cards
sleeping bag
travel kit of toothbrush, hair brush/comb, mirror
swiss army knife
can opener
