Clean something super dirty to put you off eating
Chew sugar free gum
If anyone ever offers you food to eat, always reply with "I just ate". Keep doing that till it naturally comes out (condition yourself)
If you're hungry. Wait 5 minutes
Fall in love with the feeling of hunger
Measure yourself before you eat to put you off eating
If you're seriously hungry, chew on a cucumber
