Octavian after the cannon if he survived:

White fluffy hair around going to his waist, put up in a high ponytail.

A white button up shirt under a black vest with a flowy pattern on it.

Due to the cannon, the left half of his face was horrifically scared, in the same way two face has two faces, half of his face is normal and the other is covers by a metal half mask, with a glowing place where the eye would be.

He wears hearing aids due to going partially deaf due to the loudness of the cannon.

His whole left side is pretty fucked, he lost his left arm fully during cannon, that’s the only thing they found of him. Henry had a metal prosthetic made with the same pattern that’s on the vest carved into it.

His leg wasn’t as bad as his arm but he still lost chunks, he got it metal plated but it still causes him regular pain.

He has to spend over half an hour ruccibg ointment over his whole left half, as it’s fully scared.

The only scars on his right side is his top surgery scars and a few he got from fighting.

Goes by Vi to people who don’t know him so he isn’t found by people in his past.

Was awful with a sword, but found he adopted a bow after the whole cannon incident.

Wears heeled boots because on his left half his hell was fully replaced by metal, and it’s less painful if his mussels are tensed like that.

Got proficient in sign language but signs with a slur due to the fact he has one metal hand and only half his sight.

Got less racist, and now without Gaea in his ear 24/7 telling him to exterminate the Greeks he has some sort of small music playing in his hearing aids because he can’t stand the silence.

Trans (FTM) and had a gay awakening when he was fighting with Jason, and denied it very hard. 

Wears an old braclet of the last things he could snatch from camp before he ran away.

No one thought he was alive, and basically didn’t remember to check for him for weeks after, when they found his arm. He was paralysed for a week lying down in the grass awake but unable to move and in pain, he cried all his tears from them, developing a despising of all demigods in general after he was made to suffer for a week straight basically undead.

Was saved by a small Greek boy who was about 5. He basically adopted him after that, begrudgingly. Finding out he was a son of Kronos, about three years after, and still taking care of him. Basically hiding him from his dad and trying to survive away from society.

I had an idea:

what if Bruce could’ve saved Jason.

I was watching arcane and jinx was nearly brought back from death with shimmer or smth.

what if Bruce had like, had that happen when he was a teen, au thingys, but when he held a dying Jason in his arms he got out the shimmer but decided, like him, death would be better then subkecting him to that.

but Jason finds footage of Smyth of Batman bringing out an unknown needle of Smyth over his dying body once he’s back to life, and Jason thinks Batman chose not to save him instead.

developing the hate, because Bruce made the decision not to inflic that trauma for a low chance of survival. But Jason didn’t know what it was, he saw it as Bruce chosing if he was worth saving or not.

and he thinks Bruce chose that he wasn’t worth saving.

Justice League Meeting

Superman: where’s Batman? The meeting was supposed to start 20 minutes ago.

Wonderwoman: could he be in danger?

Green Arrow: someone maybe should call him BEFORE we go into defcon 1

Superman: [calls the bat-line]

Oracle: [answers] this is O. How can I help?

Superman: Hi Oracle. Batman was supposed to be at the tower 20 minutes ago. Do you know where he is?

Oracle: let me check… yeah, he’s at the cave, I can connect you to the security cameras?

Superman: Please.

Oracle: ok.

-The batcave shows up on screen, Bruce and some of the kids present-

Batman: [Mid sentence] -OUTRAGEOUS STUNT!!

Damian: [scowling, arms crossed] -tt-

Batman: Do NOT scoff at me, young man!

Jason: [snorts]

Batman: Are you Laughing?! This is reckless even by YOUR standards Jason!

What kind of parent Octavian is:

Well Octavian was around 16-17 when he got shout out of that cannon, and I imagine by the time he was able to do things properly again he’d be 17. 

The thing was, Khan is kinda a freaky child. Octavian could be doing something random at night, and Khan would wake up and stare at him till he put him back to bed.

And keep in mind Octavian is barely an adult, with shit loads of ptsd and anxiety, and since he was manipulated so *bad* by Gaea he struggles with knowing if his thoughts are his own. 

He dose his best with Khan, keeping him away from monsters, acting on his best judgment, trying not to be surprised when Khan obliterates a small level monster with just punching it. Yeah. Normal kid stuff. Octavian wasn’t a normal kid, how the fuck is he supposed to know normal kid things.

If Khan disobeyes or goes against instructions there are various levels. Like if he didn’t put out their camp fore, Octavian would just softly rant to him about *everything* that could go wrong, literly everything. Scares the 8 year old unintentionally. The fire never gets left on again.

If he disobeys and decided to speak out it’s more sever and he has to deal with Octavian literly grabbing him and carrying him back, he dosent get punished the first day though because Octavian is still calming his anxiety that the child he’s supposed to protect isn’t dead. He accidentally got attached to this small child. 

Khan gets punished the next day. He has to help Octavian scrub the guts off their wepons. Ew.
