TLDW; Scientists are seeing a correlation between severe viral infections and development of neurodegenerative diseases (NDDs). We may get confirmation of severe infections causing NDDs in 10 to 15 years when we see the long term effects of COVID.

So who knows if we'll have a vaccine for the flu in the US this fall. I'm left wondering how much suffering and death needs to occur before awareness grows that RFK Jr is a vile POS who is telling lies about his role in the Samoa measles outbreak of 2019 that killed 80 people most of whom were children.

On November 7, 2024, Denmark used a racist, culturally biased "parenting competency" test to remove a 2 hour old baby, Zammi, from her loving indigenous Greenlandic Inuit mother, Keira, because her native language, which uses minute facial expressions to communicate, will not be able to "[prepare] the child for the social expectations and codes that are necessary to navigate in Danish society." This test had been recommended not to be used at the federal level before this happened but certain municipalities, including the one this happened in, chose to continue to use it regardless. Not only is this blatantly racist but also violates multiple declarations and conventions that Denmark has signed that protect the rights of indigenous people.

They were retained by the IDF but they were subsequently released. They currently have no tent to live in and have to endure the cold harsh winter in Gaza. Imagine having to sleep in the streets during extremely cold weather, with no tent to live in, and you see your own baby numbingly cold with no winter clothes or milk to drink.

While you have the privilege of being warm and comfortable in your home, preparing for the holidays. These people have to go through some of the most inhumane, soul shattering and painful things that should not be allowed to even happen in the first place. But very thankfully, you can help them out.
