Hi all! Here’s the latest Video Game Story Time, on the origin of The Legend of Zelda.
Oh, by the way, I have a comic in the latest issue of Nintendo Force magazine. Maybe it’s worth a buck to go read it? It’s up to you, but personally I love the magazine, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.
Hey, have you played Owlboy? Have you heard of the game but wondered what all the fuss was about?
Well, this ain’t a review, but it will tell you some intriguing things about the game’s development, which was, as indie games go, pretty darn nuts!
Hey, it’s a new video! It’s about an indie game! And DEATH! What more could you want from your Friday night?
Who here likes Dark Souls? We all like Dark Souls, right? Hidetaka Miyazaki’s life story is pretty darn cool. It just goes to show, it doesn’t matter how set in your ways you might be, you always have time to learn a new skill.
Hey there! I haven’t posted a video on here for a while (mostly because I keep forgetting), but here’s our latest thing. It’s a little different, as it’s sketchy, quick, and more of an opinion piece than a story, but hopefully you’ll like it!
Please take five or so minutes to watch this, as our channel is quietly dying at the moment thanks to the glorious YouTube algorithm that seems to hate us.
Fuck. Yes.

Cuphead: The Story of Animator Tina Nawrocki
Here’s a video, we made it, I drew the pictures! Tina is awesome, and so is the Girls on Games podcast that interviewed her (and which is the primary source for this video)!
Hey everyone, here’s my latest Video Game Story Time!
Scott Cawthon’s story really spoke to me. There’s a lot in here about how to turn negative criticism into something constructive, and how to find the joy of creating.
As always, I just want to thank all those who share these videos across social media and on other websites. I’m really having a great time making these, so it’s good to know I have your support!
That said, I’m hoping to have some new, fresh comics for you soon. Watch this space!
Our latest video, a retelling of The Legend of Zelda’s story in the style of the Wind Waker intro. This one was fun to make!
Hey all! Please stop what you’re doing and watch my daughter and I play Pokémon Yellow together in a little illustrated storybook video my wife and I made! Pweeeease? :3
This one was fun! It’s the new Video Game Story Time, and it’s about a game that you probably haven’t heard of that is just too cute for words.
It’s the story of a games developer, Rebecca Cordingley, who one day discovered Stardew Valley, realised that it had been made by just a single developer, and went on a quest to do the same thing. Spoiler alert: Ooblets is going to be published by Double Fine next year, so I’d say Rebecca achieved her goals!
