Number 20 and 59 with Vampire Lord Rei pls đ€đ€đ€
A/N: PHEWIE ⊠I love him your honor
*àłàŒ Rei Sakuma + 20: Hand kisses , 59: Kissing your lover's wounds after having bandaged them up
âYou must be more careful, darling.â
You frowned. Rei had been somewhat lecturing you for the past half hour. You sat on the edge of the bathroom counter, watching as the vampire slowly wrapped a clean white bandage around your scraped arm.
âI knowâŠâ You sighed, looking away from him. âIâm sorry.â
You couldnât help but huff. About an hour ago, you had taken a nasty fall onto solid concrete after collapsing due to exhaustion. Work was workâand unfortunately, there wasnât much you could do to escape it. Maybe youâd try to get some more sleep, or maybe youâd force yourself to drink more water. If not for your sake, then for Reiâs.
Your boyfriend cupped your cheek as he stood between your legs, gently kissing your forehead. âDonât apologize, beloved. Just be more mindful next time, yes?â He whispered against your skin, pecking you once again before pulling away to bandage your other arm.
It was unbelievable how utterly kind and loving he was. Rei had warned you numerous times about the consequences of overworking yourself, and when you hadnât listened and ultimately collapsed, he still stood here, bandaging you up. âI will. I promise.â
Rei smiled warmly. âI know you will.â
He wrapped your arm with the bandages so expertly, covering your wounds with the white fabric tightly enough to stay on, but not tightly enough to hurt you. You didnât understand how you got so luckyâhaving a boyfriend who would always drop everything to help you. You almost felt guilty.
Rei mustâve read your thoughts, taking your hands in his softly once he finished dressing your arms.
âIâll always be here for you to fall back on, alright? You neednât worry. I only want you to be safer, my dear.â He smiled, bringing your uncovered hands to his lips, kissing them tenderly. âI love you very much.â
âI love you more, Rei. Iâm grateful to have you.â You answered, the man continuing to kiss around your palms, knuckles, and fingers. He let out a breathy chuckle, leaning into you, his face dangerously close to yours.
âI love you most.â He said, simply. âYou do so much for me, so let me take care of you once in awhile, sweetheart.â
The ravonette fully leaned in and kissed you, his lips molding to fit against your perfectly, his hands never leaving yours. You felt him smile against your lips.

a/n before reading: just a self-indulgent fic
Tsukinaga Leo thinks that he's in love with you.
.
Maybe it was the way you would help him come up with new song ideas.
The two of you would be sitting on the floor of an empty classroom, waiting for any inspiration to strike. Sometimes, even the King himself can't come up with any ideas but that wasn't a problem because that's when you come in! Leo can't help but admire the way you could come up with many ideas and even thought about passing his title down to you. One thing that he would never tell you is that most of the songs that he composes are about you. Having you around him influenced him into writing songs about wanting to protect what's important to him - you.
Or maybe it was the way you were the only one who could keep up with his eccentric and childish personality.
You would allow him to latch himself onto you whenever he saw you, softly laughing to yourself while you tried to pry him off you. Of course, that never worked but you didn't seem to mind. Instead, you would remain completely still, listening to him ramble on and on about his day or the new song ideas he has, patiently waiting until he finally felt satisfied.
Or maybe it was the way you were always by his side, especially when he was at his lowest. He could never forget the time you visited him every day and managed to get him to start taking care of himself.
"How are you feeling Leo?"
No answer.
You sighed. "I understand if you're not willing to talk to me but just remember that you're important to me."
No answer.
"I'll get going now," you said softly. "Take care of yourself, alright?"
Wait. Leo wanted you to stay. He didn't want you to leave him.
He grabbed your hand before you could get up from the floor. Finally, he raised his head to look at you.
"Don't leave me, pleaseâŠ" he sobbed, eyes brimming with tears. He held onto your hand even harder, as if you would disappear if he ever let go.
Leo felt your other hand caress his cheek and allowed himself to relax.
"I'll always be at your side, no matter what."
Upon hearing your words, he allowed himself to let all his pain out, knowing that you would make him feel better later.
Ever since that day, Leo felt grateful to have you in his life and can't imagine one without you.
.
Yeah, he's definitely in love with you.
dear cupid, how could you be so cruel?
in the hands of a powerless god was the arrow that struck him the day he saw you; before then, he had not known what the touch of love was like. cruel cupid had stitched 'love' into him like an organ, drowning in everythingâ love, sickness, passion, and all.
dear cupid, how could you be so cruel?
but it was a dream. clad in pearl white silk, in the seaâ no one was watching, yet why did you have to be so bewitching? he wanted to look away, for he feared that if he looked at you for too long he would suffer, and you would suffer; for the affection of a god only brings agony.
i want to look away, i want to look awayâ but something whispers: you mustn't look away, and all thoughts disappear when the tips of his fingers graze your skinâ
oh these useless, pointless words, so inadequate when one catches a glimpse of you; ah, the melancholy of longing. he would have rather been devouredâ dissipating into the fog without ever leaving a trace. in extinguished stars he prays and puts his hopes on, on flightless dreams he holds his breath.
dear cupid, how could you be so cruel?
again, and again, could this powerless god be more selfish? he had so much of you in his heart; he over loved, he over feltâ he was the sea or he was nothing. anything that continues. he stalked love, trapped love, longed for love; eternity crushes him.
it's a myth that love lives in the heart; but what use is a heart to a god? my heart is mute, my heart is mute, it aches soâ the raw film of the mind of a god creates a paradox that converges with grief: there is tragedy in love.
there is tragedy in love, is the reason for dancing with memory because there is tragedy in love? the loneliness in the world veils your face; is it pitiful of a powerless god to go as far as to give eternity to a slow dance with what will never be?
no matter, he dances, and dances, and dances, until the strings holding his limbs would tangle, and he would disappearâ he dances to you, who seized his beating heart eager to spit out your name, to love, which ate away his organs, to all the loneliness in the world, which touched all undersides of the wound one would call 'love'.
and to the fact that cruel cupid did not spare him from the grotesque tragedy that comes with every strike of an arrow.

âHey. Hey. Hey. Hey. Heyâ, he continues to pester you for the last couple of hours. At this point, youâre ready to rip this demonâs head off. You finally turned your gaze at him with the most annoyed hatred filled eyes, âWHAT?! WHAT DO YOU WANT?!â. After that outburst, his mouth completely shut to shift to a smirk, âYouâve finally spoken at last, Pretty?â. You were really questioning whether you can change your duty with some other guardian cause guarding him was unbearable.
Heâs an immortal demon chained to the tree of life that is then guarded by you to ensure he stays there. Although he is thousands of years old like you, his maturity is one of a child. He could blabber on continuously with any sort of questionable or annoying topics even when you try to block him out. Safe to say heâs not going anywhere but you might be for your ears to have some peace.
âWell yeah because your wouldnât shut the fuck up!â, you spoke through gritted teeth. Ryusei just lets out a happy chuckle which heâs hadnât had for a while. âDamn, how are you so cute even when youâre mad?â, his chuckle continued.
âI can rip your head off at any moment you know?â, you threatened but that didnât do much. âIn case you forgot Gorgeous but I am an immortal being. Even if you rip my head off, which you can greatly do, Iâll just grow another like it never happenedâ, you never wanted to set the tree ablaze until now. âUghhh well then can you just keep quiet, itâs unbearable to hear you talk nonstopâ.
He lets out a slight snicker, âAwww is my Dove getting sick of my love?â. Instinctively, you pulled your knife from your garter to then stab it next to the area where his head was. âDid you not hear me? I said keep quietâ, instead of expecting any sort of anger or anxiety, you got the total opposite. What you got instead was a lustful moan from the demon chained in front of you. âMy god, when you say it like that I canât shut up even more!â, he spoke so enthusiastically that you wanted to vomit.
âWhat is wrong with you?!â, you backed off immediately to put your knife back where it was originally. âA lot of things about me are wrong. Just like I am not supposed to fall in love with my guardâ, that was so brief yet you were left dumbfounded. Your face changed into a deep red that he found very amusing. âDid my words make you blush? How cute? I wonder what other facial expressions you can make with that face?â, he licked his lips.
âAnother word out of you and I will slap youâ, once again not the reaction you were hoping for. âPlease do, I definitely wouldnât like it if you punch meâ, his sarcasm was far too noticeable.
âThatâs it, I need to go back to see, Boss. I canât stand another day with you!â, you marched away to open a portal. You turned back to look at him to see him grinning happily. âIâll see you later too, Babe!â.

Come by often as a reader or as someone you want to talk with!! Hope youâll enjoy this and have a nice dayđ
Everyone around her age achieved so much, only she couldnât or didnât have anything to accomplish. The only thing she was capable of was smiling, entertain the elders of her family and coat her words with sweet nothing. (Name) could only watch her siblings reach higher than her, achieving outstanding results whilst (Name) sat by the chair confiding in the gossip of the elders.
And only of that, sheâs consideredâdumb. After all, whatâs the point in being smart and a high achiever if in the end, sheâd only stand behind the kitchen counter and serve her husband?âher elders spoke the same to her ears everywhere she went.
That alone wasnât enough.
ââ
Walking into the apartment, the girlâs mask tore offâshe inhaled sharply, feeling like sharp arrows aimed at her chest whenever she exhaled. She placed away her shoes then walked straight to her bedroom, finding the mess of her bed covered in dirty laundries she hadnât done.
Though work was still stacking on the other side of her room, the computer calling her to work for another hour, she was left in dilemma whether or not she should choose to finish the undone chores or the work stacking on her desk.
Today was stressful, wasn't it?
The second she placed her bag, a ding from her phone echoed in her ears. (Name) searched through her bag full of documents she planned to get done tonight, her hands scurried through to find the device.
As she finally had her phone, the stoic e/c eyes paid no mind towards the name and just placed the item next to her head. A raspy dried voice that hadnât drunk anything, spoke, â(Name) speaking. Whoâs this?â
âTake a guess,â a familiar voice said, a smile audible to her ears playing along with the words. The h/c haired girl took a second to look at her phone, then back to continue her call.
To be honest, she didnât need to look at the caller, just his voice alone was enough for her to guess who it may be. Her cheeks itched to be lifted up, to add just a tiny bit to her e/c irises, and so she obeyed her bodyâs will and came to smile even if the caller couldnât possibly paint her face.
âHey, Rinne.â
âHm, your voice becomes softer than before! Kyahahaha, did you miss me?â
Ah, there he went, his signature laugh. Albeit having her pissed, it relieved her to know by his laughâthe tensed body soothed out on its own with a gentle smile to caress her face. âAnd if I tell you I donât?â
âToo bad I wonât believe you,â Rinne spoke, from the other side of the phone, causing her to let out a tender chuckle, finally one after the whole day spending her time contemplating on things she never needed to.
âHey, (Name). How was your day?â
How was her day?
She spent a few hours trying to hold back cursing at her elders, smiling and sat on the chair humbly whilst the elders boasted of their descendantsâ achievements. Everyone always spoke as if (Name) wouldnât understand, when in fact she heard everything but could only smile and nodded.
To think that the word, âitâs greatâ no longer felt like deceiving someone else just for their sake was the best choiceâadded with the exhaustion to even keep herself composed as she tried to prove her wordsâ(Name) couldnât bring herself to do it.
âIt⊠wasnât the best. Itâs okay though, donât worry. How about yours?â She quickly switched. âNot bad actually. Just feeling like Iâm missing something.â
âWhat that might be? Your gambling habit?â
âNah, thatâs not it. After all, I have her with me right now.â
An exhausted yet hearty laugh broke out of her lips, a bit louder than she intended but to the others, the laugh was just a whisper from a child not being able to speak for the whole day. âSo thatâs why you came and called me?â
âHahahahah! Arenât you supposed to be glad you have me? Anyways, letâs hear from you. Whatâs up today?â
âWhat do you mean, whatâs up?â
Rinne let out a laugh, just shortânothing exaggerated, âYou said your day wasnât the best. What happened?â
(Name)âs e/c irises gazed down to the floor, her back slid to the ground as she ran her hand through her hair. An attempt to smile tried to paint her face, only for her to feel the heaviness weighing her down. âIâm an idiot,â she stated, though she was sure it was as if the wind entered in her room and brought her remaining courage to speak, away.
âWhat?â
âIâm an idiot,â she spoke again, hoping it was audible enough to the other side whilst she was thereâplaying the hem of her clothes, trying to keep herself distracted from the heaviness weighing her chest.
The warm sensation swarming her eyes fought its war. âEvery time I look around me, people are smiling at me but they always treat me like Iâm a fool. Itâs not about my day. I donât think you would want to hear it.â
She expected nothing out of him, she didnât expect for him to laugh, shake it off, nor gave her comfortâa daughter and a woman like her wouldnât need any of that. If she was indeed useless as how people said her to be, then whatâs the point in comforting her?
Instead, the least expected for the words she hated to hear: âHahaha! Yeah, so?â
That.
Couldn't that be the reason she considered hanging up the phone call right?
So? What did he mean, so?
ââŠâ her voice lost its wordsâshe was far too exhausted to think about it. âIâm⊠busy and tiredââ (Name) stopped her trails of words, slowly realizing the venom stirring her words unconsciously, though she didnât mean to.
â(Name)? What I was trying to say wasâfor what must you think about those? Itâs not like they mean a thing to youââ
âWhat do you know anyway what means to me and what doesnât?â
As soon as she said those words, silence filled them in. None dared to speakâthough words were swirling in her head, begging her to let it out, she couldnât bring herself to utter another. The heaviness of her phone weighed itself more.
She was expected of a daughter, if could not be the one everyone desired her to be, the least she could do was to smile and sit down. He was much of a contrast to herâthe striking ocean eyes would always glaze themselves on the world without having to look down, his chest raised up like his dignity where no one could step on him, his words always match with his ways that she would believe every word he spoke.
He was born that wayâa perfect human being.
â(Name), I didnât mean it like thaââ
âI have to go now. My superior is calling me.â And just like that, she turned off her phone and threw it to her bed, leaving her frame alone in the corner of her room, to leave her mull over the words she said.
Ah, even in the brink of heat, she couldnât be any more smart.
âââ
An hour had passed, she gazed at the analog next to her hands as she scrolled on her computer. The sound of keyboards clicking was enough to be audible, the weight on her shoulder increased more as time passed by.
âEleven oâclock,â her lips drew out, unconsciously breathing out.
Ding!
Her phone rang. Wanted or not her attention turned over to the phone showing the callerâs name written clear on the screen. A sigh ran through her lips again, the desire to hang up and go back to her work was as strong as the urge to pick up.
However, the words still left her annoyed. Maybe it was actually her fault, that she shouldâve apologized first, and that he didnât actually mean a thing and she was the one who just took things too seriouslyâ
âHey. Why are you calling this late, Rinne?â
âCome out. Iâm waiting at the playground in your apartment. And no buts.â
Waiting for her outside? She turned to look at the window, seeing the sky painted itself with a deep void of black adorned with the least amount of stars. As she reached for the window, a fog formed by the slightest touch.
(Name) checked on her phone, seeing the temperature outside. âItâs late. Go home or youâll catch a cold.â
âWell I guess you have to come for me to go home. Be quick, itâs hella freezing outside.â
âWhaâhey!â
The dial tone echoed in her ears instead of his further affirmation voice, signaling heâd ended the call and left her with no choice but to obey his command. Had he lost his mind?
***
Walking down the cold playground, a fog formed whenever she let out a sigh upon casting her eyes onto the waiting red haired male. Heaviness lingered her heart either way, not knowing nor caring what brought him here to her. What did he want to say?
An extra jacket on her hand lingered there, stopping her from leaving and returning to her room. She knew he would come, with nothing to keep him warm other than his casual clothingâit had become a habit to bring in a jacket for his every visit.
The red haired man peeked from the side of his eyes, having the moonlight bathe his own ocean ones. âHey, so youâre finally here! I thought you wouldnât come downstairs for a sec there,â he exclaimed, ending it with a laughter.
(Name), however, only walked closer to him and threw the jacket. âYouâll catch a cold. Stop running here without anything to keep you warm at night,â she scolded, only to earn a grin from him as he replied, âCause I know youâll keep me warm.â
Unfazed, she let out a sigh for another time whilst making her way towards the smiling Rinne. âWhy did you call me here? Itâs late and I have to sleep early.â
âI just want to see you, canât I do that?â He asked, sounding more to be a demand as if what the world has is what heâs owed with. The usual mischief adorned the same eyes that tonight, (Name) couldnât bear to admire.
She pursed her lips, refused to say another word. âIâm⊠sorry,â he spoke out of the blue, attaining her attention. For instance, no one had ever apologized to her for the words and things they did, since she âwasnâtâ capable of understanding the ways of their actions.
The girl could only stay silent. âWhat Iâm trying to say is that you shouldnât mind their words and start learning how to be yourself. If anything, theyâre dumb since they donât get you at all. Theyâre too ânormalâ to the point that seeing something new and fresh tears them down.â
Ah, she wondered what had she done to deserve this.
Seeing the silence from her, no words uttered out from her lips, Rinne could only sigh. He raised his hand, a little bit reluctant, but still didâgently, hoping it might convey the things he wished to say, and brought her to him.
That alone brought her to surprise, but she couldnât dare to go against his will. And just like that, she could only bask in deeper for his warmth during the cold nightâenough to resemble the coldness that was borne by the daughter herself. âYou donât have to change to meet their standards. Let the elders be as theyâd always been, theyâll never change so just focus on yourself.â
Ah, how much she yearned to hear those.
A stupidity was never a stupidity. It was just a way of a human living that others deemed to be not normal to their understanding.
âYouâre awesome as you are, so donât let those words eat you.â

"You insufferable bastard."
"D'aww, can't you at least sugarcoat your words, mein Liebling?" You scowl at the pet name, and Kaiser finds the sight adorableâvery kissable, he'd add.
Kaiser places a hand on his chest, his face mocking a hurt expression. "You wound me, dearest. The price for this experience was not a hefty one; the least you could do is thank me for giving you this one-of-a-kind experience."Â
The gasp you let out was nothing short of comical. And the guestsâyour classmatesâgrows curious about the conversation you're having.
"You paid to have us in this hellhole?!"Â
The way Kaiser looks at you makes it seem as if it was the most obvious thing in the world. "Yes," he said, and you considered committing 2nd degree murder right then and there.
Your hands are trembling with fury, and all you see is red. Bloodâyou're out for Kaiser's blood, and you'd be sure to squeeze him of every last drop once you've managed to stop his heart from beating entirely.Â
"Why do you hate me so, dearest?" he asks, and you're drawn out of your thoughts as you stare at him dumbfoundedly.
Come to think of it, why did you hate him exactly?
The answer to his question was left unfounded, even to you. All that you knew was that ever since he'd decided to bother you to the best of his abilities, your heart started to flutter as your liver and lungs danced around, doing a tango in your stomach. Heat would rise up to your face and smoke would come out of your pores the more he spent time pursuing you, and from then on, you assumed it must be because you hate him.Â
"That's none of your business."
"Oh, but it is. You're bullying me for no reason whatsoever."Â
You flare your nostrils in annoyanceâat least, what you think is annoyanceâat the way the cockroaches fly and buzz around in your stomach, begging to be sprayed with insecticides. You've noticed it appearing more often; the insects comes and flies around at times where Kaiser flashes his stupid, stupid smile at you. You remain silent as the makeshift priest drags on his speech. A second more, and Kaiser asks you yet another question: "Is it really hatred you feel for me, dearest?"Â
"Yes," you reply without skipping a beat.
"Oh, how you hurt me, beloved."Â
He begins his theatrics, and you roll your eyes at the sight. But despite your apparent display of annoyance, a microsmile graces your lips, barely noticeable to normal people but an easy find for Kaiser, who loved you dearly.
He takes ahold your hand in his, and you try to pry his wretched hand away from yours, pulling and tugging on it with force no stronger than when you try to lift a hundred weights. But Kaiser makes it clear he has no plans of letting go when he refuses to budge his hold on yours. His eyes gleams with something you find, you are a stranger to. And the heat of summer seems to hit you the most as blood rushes to your cheeks and leaves it smothering.
"Pray, do tell, does your heart flutter when I hold your hand like this?" He asks, and your face forms an expression you think is one of scorn. The next, he's inching your hand closer to his faceâtoo close to feel his breath, in fact, and the room grows hotter; despite the ac being turned on to the highest point, it's as hot as the desert's temperatureâand maybe even hotter than that.
Your heart, the idiotic organ that pumps up blood, leaps and soars and has suddenly learned to do ballet when he presses his lips on your knuckles, eyes never leaving your face as he kisses it softly. It's similar to the hundreds of novels and movies your friends had forced you to watch alongside themâthe way he looks at you, as if he's the main lead of a romance movieâand you, his love interest. "Or does it do leaps and twirls when I do this?"
By now, you're rendered speechless and immobile as Kaiser asks you questions you'd answer yes to. Lungs almost failing when he pulls you closer, the crowd gasps and cheers, but you pay them no mind. Your focus remains on Kaiser and how he looks so frustratingly beautiful wearing that suit and along with it, his hair tied up in a ponytail.Â
"Well? Riddle me this, dearest, does my face without fail, pop up in your daydreams? Do I ever cross your mind, and do you wonder how do I do?"Â
If you were to answer truthfully, you'd tell him yes. That his mind plagues you every waking moment, that you worry and wonder if the smile he makes whenever he's with you isn't exclusive only to you, that you wonder if his teasing remarks meant anything at all. You'd tell him you think of him too much; it's maddening and bothering.Â
"What are you trying to say?"Â
"I'm saying, are you sure it's hatred you feel for me rather than love?"Â
"Interesting, where did you get the idea? Was I doing a bad job at not leading you on?"
"Certainly not, you've done too good of a job I almost got discouraged," he chuckles, "but I've read somewhere that love and hate are two sides of the same coin, and I'm just a hopeless fool who wishes you've mistaken the other for the truth."
Kaiser leans closer, and your breath hitches because of the proximity you share with him. "Won't you indulge this man in his foolishness, dearest?"
Your eyes lock onto his ocean blue eyes, and for a moment, you're stuck in a trance. "Why not? This ought to be fun," you say, and you almost fall to your knees when you find Kaiser smiling down at you. god, this stupid man and his stupid smile, you'll kill him someday, most probably.
"Splendid!"Â
"Well, what do you have in mind?"Â
He hums, and it's only then that you haven't released yourself from his hold yet. His face is close, so much so that you could count his eyelashes, and his breath tickles your skin, leaving goosebumps trailing over its place. His arms rests on your waist, holding it firmly yet loosely enough for you to move out if you wanted to. And maybe you should; it's the most genius idea you could come up with at the moment. But something in you refuses to let you move away, and rather makes you lean into his touch. And if Kaiser noticedâwhich he most definitely didâthen he didn't say anything.
The priest continues his speech, and you notice him pausing from time to time to eavesdrop on your conversation. But it seems like Kaiser didn't mind, given the way he continues speaking despite the priest's obvious eavesdropping.
His eyes flickers to your lips for a split second, and had you blinked, you're sure it would have gone by unnoticed. But you noticed, and it sure didn't do well for your mental health.
"I've been thinking long and hard about it, and how about we kiss?"Â
His blunt words leaves your mouth agape and your eyes looking at him with a silent question of "what?"
Laughter bubbles up from Kaiser's lips, and your stare turns into a glare, one sharp enough that should you not have an ego as large as Kaiser's, you'd be sure to cower away in fear.Â
"Be serious"
"Oh, but I'am, darling dearest. I believe kissing is the best way to know if you love me or not."
Doubtful, those were the words that were imprinted in the way you stared at him. "Be for real, Kaiser. How are we supposed to know with that method?"Â
"If we kiss and you feel something, then you're in love, simple as that."Â
"How am I supposed to know if it's special?"Â
"You'll know when you feel it. Experience is the best teacher above all else, after all." He pauses, giving you time to think. "Well, what do you say?"
You nod, and at that very moment, the priest finally gets to the part people seemed to be aniticipating from the start.
"You may now kiss the bride!"Â
Kaiser moves his hand to rest on your shoulder, face moving closer until he's a breath away, and your hand trembles, whether from nervousness or excitement, you aren't sure. He connects his lips with yours, and you shut your eyes close.
Oh.
A firework is sparked, and it soars into the sky, exploding into thousands of pieces in the shape of a heart. The butterflies goes rampant, aggressively fluttering around, and it feels like you're riding a rollercoaster, your heart thumping so wildly it's almost concerning and inhuman. Your legs are weak, threatening to give up underneath you, and it's pathetic how you have to hold onto him for balance.Â
His hand moves to caress your cheeks, and the simple gestures sends over a tsunami of emotions you don't know how to process. It gets your lips twitching, threatening to form a smile too dorky for your character, and you feel like melting into a puddle of nothing but the emotions the event makes you feel.
When Kaiser pulls away, he's grinning from ear to ear, and you think you'll faint with how unfairly pretty it is.Â
"Well, what do you think?" he asks a minute later, but the smirk that rests on his face tells you he's already figured out the thoughts that courses through your head as you gasp for air.
"Do you think you've got it all sorted now? If you don't, we can always go for another one," he winks, and you think all the feelings you had for him had been washed away by the shore. It's funny how love comes and goes so fast.Â
And oh, heavens no, you think it's returnedâthe feelings that the waves had taken awayâhappily returned on a silver platter when you spot him looking at you, so full of love it leaves you gagging. Why does love come and go so fast.
