The problem is, the people in the fandoms who do readings don’t actually partake in spirituality. They consume these readings and do these readings to either feel like they’re closer to their fav, know more about their fav than anyone, or they think they have a spiritual soulmate connection to one of them. If they actually did tarot they would know that tarot is mutable. It’s not definite, it is meant to give you insight and clarity on what you already know about yourself and connect to your intuition. Doing tarot readings on celebrities are good practice to get used to reading and moving with energies but that doesn’t mean they’re always going to be true. I can do a reading right now and say that tomorrow I’ll meet the love of my life, I won’t take it to heart because while it is possible I do know that the universe changes as swiftly as someone changing their mind. Have you ever wanted to eat a sandwich but saw a bowl of ramen and then wanted the ramen instead? That’s how swift the energies can change and they are heavily heavily dependent on the people themselves and so many other variables. While tarot is an extremely helpful tool, using it without the basic knowledge of spirituality can be a recipe for disaster or spiritual psychosis which is why some of them on the tarot side are a bit hardcore.

I made my blog with the purpose of teaching the spiritual side of things to mitigate it but they say I’m crazy which- why are you interacting with and consuming tarot content if you don’t even believe in spirituality 🤨 anyways have a good day 🤍

that’s kind of what i assumed, but thank you for explaining in more detail! i guess being a hardcore fan of something or someone can make people do all sorts of things to try and feel more connected to them. but as we’ve seen, sometimes it gets real weird and over the top.

Civil disobedience is alive and well. Marcy Rheintgen decided to go into a women's bathroom last month in Florida.

A transgender college student declared "I am here to break the law" before entering a women's restroom at the Florida State Capitol and being led out in handcuffs by police. Civil rights attorneys say the arrest of Marcy Rheintgen last month is the first they know of for violating transgender bathroom restrictions passed by numerous state legislatures across the country.

This action is momentous, honestly. She entered the bathroom with a rosary and washed her hands, was given a warning before being arrested for trespassing.

Here's what she had to say about it:

"I wanted people to see the absurdity of this law in practice," Rheintgen told The Associated Press. "If I'm a criminal, it's going to be so hard for me to live a normal life, all because I washed my hands. Like, that's so insane."

I know I'm preaching to the choir here, but she's right. This is absolutely bonkers and it's incredible of her to point this out publicly like this.

She's making good trouble, even before being prompted.
