How I would imagine Canon Hawks vs. Fanon Hawks would interact with Y/N after they tell him happy birthday.

C.Hawks: "Hey- oh, thanks for wishing me a happy birthday! I hope yours will be just as great!"

Vs.

F.Hawks: "Thanks for the birthday wishes, birdie. Though... I think having you as my birthday present will really make my birthday a lot better~."

Also big happy birthday to the best bird boy, Hawks!

So my power went out last night :) and all my progress got deleted :D now I have to re-write chapter 2... FUN

Something we should include in quirk swaps: Someone not being able to understand the feedback from Hawks' feathers. Not just directional or not getting overstimulated- but flat out just not comprehending them. I'm not deaf but from what I've heard, cochlear implants don't just "give you hearing" it's something new that you have to learn how to interpret over a long period of time and it doesn't always work out in the end. I think Hawks' quirk works exactly like that. When he was a kid he said "my feathers were tingly and I felt something was wrong" so this isn't an immediate adjustment. If someone gets Hawks quirk, they're definitely going to struggle a lot with it.

I like to think that Fanon Hawks actually has a good sense of fashion, meanwhile... we've seen Canon Hawks and some of his more.... questionable fashion choices.

I sure can, though it may be a while since I'm a bit backed up on writing. Though on my other blog, Hawksinabowl, I do roleplay with another blog, sorano-thelittlebirdgirl-mha, and I do tend to roleplay Hawks in a very big brother manner. You can always check that out in the meantime! I will write some big brother Hawks content, just not until I catch up with my other writing.

If I were to write a short one shot of Hawks, what should it be about?

My favorite head canon is Mera and Keigo, having a father/son dynamic and Mera being the one taking care of Keigo as his 'handler'. Whenever another commission worker tries to push Keigo past his limit, and even after seeing him clearly struggle, Mera will step in and berate the other workers, reminding him that he is still a kid. Mera is just overprotective over Keigo and still sees him as a person rather than the next commission hero.
