It’s sad that JoJo is really good at countering toxic masculinity in its source material but the fandom response is often just plain stereotyping. Shipping characters and having headcanons is great and all but if you look at a JoJo character and assume they’re gay based on their APPEARANCE and MANNERISMS alone you actually have a problem. Seriously, fans who post screenshots of JoJo characters simply dressing flamboyantly or doing ANYTHING remotely not stereotypically masculine with the caption “HOW CAN ANYONE ARGUE THEY’RE STRAIGHT” takes years off my lifespan.

Why has no one noticed how EXCITED Ford was to see Fiddleford??? It was to the point when he saw Fiddlefordd he went straight off to buy him the things he liked. (Banjo strings and microchips)

And even before that, he says how Fiddleford is the ONLY person he trusts with this project.

He does things like mess with Fiddlefords rubix cube, he worries about Fiddlefords anxiety and thinks about teaching him meditation.

Fiddleford was VERY important to him, to the point that he didn't mention Bil lcus he was worried Fiddleford would run away...

Family Time

I am so tired of people blaming Yuki for Geto's defection, because it wasn't her fault. Getting was already setting himself up for that path. He was a full glass ready to tip. Even if Yuki hadn't spoken to Geto, he would've burnt the village anyways. Geto just happened to tip right there and there, happened to have enough.

its still mermay somewhere…right? 🥺 okay, hear me out: what if suguru is an unhappy depressed prince. what if he is SO sad, he doesnt really mind if he…dies? and he is about to drown but then he meets gojo. satoru is a sirene who would actually kill humans, but instead of killing him he saves him ofc (bc suguru is fucking special ♥) and then its kinda nice that both of them end up being the opposite. the "killer" is saving and getting "tamed" and the one who wanted to die lives and starts seeing the joy in life again. suguru tries to teach gojo not to kill humans anymore and brings him other food instead. as a sirene gojo is a creature, who doesnt usually go to the hairdresser, thats why his hair is long! one day tho it gets tangeled SO BAD (cuz he gets caught in a fishernet) that suguru has to save him and then cut his hair. ofc he looks fucking ethereal afterwards ✨ ((suguru keeps gojo a secret btw)) (((fangs are hot)))
