My guy, Marshall Lee is LITERALLY HER from a different universe. We saw her MOM. And not only that but in Fionna and Cake it’s implied that if Hudson was human he would be black too ! Why are we jumping through hoops about this ? Like I really wish Fionna and Cake did show Marceline as human for a brief second so that we could finally put and end to this debate because even when it’s spelled out that a character is black or black coded, people will still find a way to deny it.

Like if you can’t accept that Marceline is black, you’re just racist and stupid. It’s like when back in 2013 people refused to even consider that Marshall Lee was black even though he was voiced by Childish Gambino
