It's usually tradition that Jewish girls have their Bat Mitzvahs on their 12th birthdays (13th for the boys). But they can be postponed by the Bat/Bar Mitzvah kids or their parents. And with what we've seen so far, Casey's dads are big on the Bat Mitzvah traditions, but also want her to be happy.

And we know that before Lunella, Casey didn't have any friends.

Could Casey have had her Bat Mitzvah postponed until she made at least one friend?!
