While back TC did a few of these when people compared her shadowtwo to Abridged Vegeta, and now since everyone is comparing mine to Perfect Cell....yeah this was bound to happen eventually XD

I know this one isn't one of Cell's funniest moments, but I intentionally wanted to do this one because it really sets the mood so well for what's to come in the future, a taste if you will :>
