They Don’t Take Each Other Very Seriously

Had a dream last night that HECU made Piss cakehole and Christian Brutal Sniper work together and sent them on like a big cruise (idk what for???) and they had to take down a big leader… it was so wacky and turns out Cakehole Piss was like the captain and Polite spy was like a janitor that was just like there…. It was so wacky?????

speaking of freaks, ive been thinking of trying to construct my own version of a somewhat coherent universe for them bc as far as im aware there isnt an agreed upon one

my first thoughts are thus:

freaks dont age

while the freaks are contained in their own little world with its own laws, its fairly easy for them to escape and get into a nearby version of the main tf2 universe (i kinda just give all media i consume a multiverse with multiple versions of the canon because it makes things easier for me)

the freaks come back after death, but its a lot less predictable than respawn because, simply put, it aint respawn. rather than having a machine specifically created to bring people back to life, the freaks resurrect as a natural consequence of the inscruitable workings of their bizzare universe. they could come back instantly or a hundred years after their initial death

I just found out two local gay artists were found murdered in their home. fuck. jesus. I knew these guys. I own their art. I've attended so many gallery openings at their shop. they've meant so much to the community here. and they're just fucking gone? just like that?

and of course the cops are claiming it's not a hate crime.

Hey so other update: A storm hit my town and the power and internet is all weird so a halt on the story is gonna take place, I’m working on chapter 2ish right now so I’ll let you guys know when it’s working again!

As someone who has a little attention span, your stories were really fun to read (especially pure literally being Leon from the resident evil series and seeing him and brutal being super smashed bros across the room was super funny lowkey), your Freak fortress story fun fact, got me through Covid so yea! As much I don’t read, reading yours are really great and as a young freak fortress fan and beginner writer, I look up your work a lot so keep going and stay funky!

Y'know, sometimes I wonder if I've accomplished anything with this blog

My Freaks and the stories I made with them used to get some kind of engagement from my followers. It wasn't a lot, but it was there and I appreciated it for what it was. The original draft of TDCoGM didn't get much traction, but I enjoyed the few people who took the time to read it.

But now, I could post the finale to AF right now and it would be met with crickets.

Idk, I've just been feeling really unmotivated as of late. It feels like "Why am I putting so much effort into this story when no one seems to care?"
