I CANT BYRWYFHEHE
i like the idea that superman couldn’t shave because of his powers and the lack of kryptonite in his early life. And so for the longest time he had long hair. so he’s this big, 6’3, hairy guy. when he became superman and ppl started using kryptonite, he got some too and put it in a razor.

Hello everyone!
Before I start: TW racism and xenophobia
There is an Encanto fanpage on here. The @ is carlaerosie. She is a latina who is being extremely racist and xenophobic since she started her blog. She constantly uses gword (gringo - term used in latin america about non latins) to refer to white people. “But it’s not a slur” well Carla uses it in a derogatory way. Today she posted three extremely racist and xenophobic posts in which she is headcanoning Encanto characters as “gringophobic“ and showimg gringophobes flag. Gringophobes flag? What’s that? Carla explains - all the colors have a meaning. Some of them represent hate for gringos and other the latin ameirca supermacy.
Carla says it’s just a joke. But tell me is racism funny? Is xenophobia funny? I see nothing funny in here. Also her tags say something different. Carla suggests that in fact she is not joking.
Also imagine what if the roles were reversed? What if I did something like this? People would call me racist, people would tell me to kill myself (they already did btw)
@carlaerosie rethink what you are doing. you are being racist on the internet. you also post your face so it won’t be a problem for me to find your personal accounts, contact your mamá and papá or your school and tell then what you are doing on the internet
STOP TURNING BLIND EYE ON RACISM XENOPHOBIA AND DISCRIMINATIOM. This went to far.
this was always my most favorite romance trope and i LOVE it on them
thinking about lena having this little habit of touching/holding kara’s face and neck and i mean this in a non sexual intimacy way. wordless or not wordless, just easy, firm touches here and there.
like reaching out and cupping kara’s chin, lena brushing her thumb against kara’s bottom lip for a moment before letting kara go after she’s content with touching and looking.
or at a pub with the superfriends and she’s seated next to kara. placing a hand on the nape of kara’s neck, playing with her hair and giving her little scratches when lena spots a stranger in the corner looking at kara in a ‘she’s cute and i want her number’ way. kara thinks lena’s being affectionate as she does this. lena is, but she can be something else at the same time: a little possessive, too.
or in the morning when kara’s trying to get her tie right. lena moves wordlessly, touches kara’s hand. kara stops fumbling. slowly, so slowly, lena raises her hand until it’s on the side of kara’s neck. just light touches there for a moment, before wrapping it around kara’s throat, snug under her jaw, resting there. her thumb stroking kara’s skin, squeezing firm and gentle. kara’s breath hitches, lips parting. lena only smiles, sweetly and fond, before sliding her hand back down and helping her with the tie.
or kara arriving in the tower with some dirt smudged on her face. she’s just come back from a mission and she’s looking at the whiteboard to get updated with details, arms crossed, standing next to lena. lena lowers her tablet and lifts her hand up. she cups the side of kara’s face, causing kara to pause sharply and look at her. thumbing kara’s cheekbone where the smudged dirt is at, her touches are purposeful. when it’s all wiped off, she gives kara a soft kiss on the cheek and—
lets go of her face. they carry on with their tasks like any other day. there’s nothing weird about the way they move together. kara is welcoming and lena likes to touch. that’s just it.

first kiss dosent have to be on the lips. It could be on the hand, or the neck, the cheek. Hell even the stomach.
This is why diversity among the X-Men is so important. Because it gives lines like this layers.
This isn't just a mutant talking to a mutant. It's a Black woman talking to a Native man.
