i watched electric dreams for the first time on valentines day and rewatched the day after, and i really loved it! it's a very charming movie with some wonderful music, and also a pretty fun watch as someone who's a retro tech nerd with all the old hardware that shows up and the unrealistic-for-the-time-but-still-very-very-cool computer graphics & visualizers can't believe it hasn't become a more popular cult-classic by now, cuz it's been over 40 years old and it really screams "obscure 80s hidden gem with a huge cult-following" to me. i think it deserves that status for edgar's existence alone, he's absolutely delightful
