15."What would happen if I'd kiss you right now?"

Harry looked at him. It was too insane to even consider. “Kiss me? Are you out of your mind?! I don’t even like you.”

“I don’t like you either, you absolute–” Tom stopped himself by taking a deep breath before he could insult him further. “I’m saying, It would get them off our backs. They wouldn’t be worrying about where we snuck off to each night. You can go do… whatever it is you’re up to, and I can do the same.”

“You’ve got to be joking. I don’t trust you,” Harry glared. His eyes darted to the other nosy students pretending to read their books while they tried to listen in on their conversation. 

“I don’t trust you either. Consider it mutually assured destruction. If anyone asks where the other is, we just say we were with each other doing… well what couples do I guess. We would only have to keep up the act every few days and the rest of the time we don’t have to speak to each other. Deal?”

It was tempting, but Harry didn’t know if he could say yes. If he did, then he would just be letting Tom get away with some horrendous act and Harry might one day be an accessory to murder. 

But if he did, then it would be so easy to sneak off into the forbidden forest and find a way to fix that damn spell so he could go back home. Then he wouldn’t have to worry about it ever again.

“Fine,” Harry whispered harshly. “But don’t go poking into my business.”

“I can only ask the same of you, darling.” Tom’s smile was charming because of course it was. Tom Riddle did not know how to be anything but. 

The kiss was not anything dramatic or romantic. A quick peck on the lips was all it too to cause loud gasps and giggles from their onlookers. Harry felt himself blush from the attention and turned his head back to his Herbology homework. 

“See,” Tom said with a strange tone in his voice. “That wasn’t so hard was it?

Not to mention the fact that Israel sniped another journalist, and gunned down their OWN HOSTAGES who were holding a white flag.

Another Al Jazeera journalist had lost over 20 members of his family today. Mo'men Al Sharafi had lost his mother, father, siblings, nieces and nephews who were all taking refuge in Jabalya refugee camp in Gaza and were targeted by Israeli shelling that destroyed the whole block.

He was asked why was his family in such a dangerous area in Northern Gaza, and he explained that his family had to move five times already and that his father, an 87 year old man, refused to be forced to leave his home again, stating that he didn't want to repeat the what was done to him during the Nakba.

This is just heartbreaking.

Harry Potter who has a secret tiktok social media account and has a pretty decent following because he gives off major steve irwin vibes.

Maybe during one of the many times he is ostracized by the school, he finds solace in going on runs in the forbidden forest and he got a phone because... well why not? who is gonna stop him? He found a way to make it work on campus so what does it matter?

Anyways, he makes tik toks about the freaky things he sees in the woods but approaches them with such gentleness and sweetheart vibes no one knows if he is using a filter or greenscreen or what.

He finds some nifflers in the forest and he goes into check on them. Especially frank who is the oldest and likes to follow him around for a little while. SURE he sees unicorns and stuff but "Look at this regular bird. Just hanging out. Look how brave he is. Hello!"

and then he makes tik toks about how awful his professor is and uses popular voice overs and muggles LOVE HIM. I mean LOVE LOVE HIM.

Wizarsd have no clue because even the best intentioned wizard can't really figure out muggle tech and muggleborns are too busy trying to fit in. The few that DO know him keep their mouths shut because they are BIG fans.

Anyway. Super famous tiktoker Harry Potter and his millions of followers and he has a whole platform all to himself where he can lowkey warn people about death eaters so when they show up eventually people run or attack them on sight.

it just broke that israel has seized 1,977 acres of west bank land for settlement, which marks the largest land theft since 1993. west bank raids are also seeing an all-time high, with a a reuters article stating a series of israeli raids raised the palestinian death toll in the west bank to 10. there are palestinians being abducted as well, a lot of whom are children. the west bank is slowly being eaten up by both israeli settlers and raids, but this is barely being covered by mainstream media.

My name is Harry. I have to be completely honest, I’m not exactly sure what to put in this letter. What do you even write to a stranger that you’ve never met before? My friend recommended me to this program and said that I should branch out more. I don’t get out of the house much, so maybe that’s one of the reasons for it. And it’s not that I don’t have a lot of free time, people just tend to exhaust me sometimes.

            Is it like that where you are? I can only imagine that it must get overwhelming in there sometimes. Do you get a lot of free time? You mentioned that you liked to read, what books exactly?

            I’ve never been that big of a reader personally, even though I work as a freelance writer. Is that hypocritical? I don’t think so, but some people think otherwise.

On the Beach at Fontana is my first try at manga, inspired by James Joyce’s Poem of the same name and Harry Potter, one of my first fandoms that I was invested in. There will be 3 parts to this story, however, I am working to create an experimental style of fan content that is enjoyable to people of multiple fandoms, thus, the story telling would be non linear, and it would be up to the reader to figure out what the sequence of events would be. To better illustrate this, my next post would be a story about DC, with some overlapping themes, and references. And the next might be back to this storyline.
