I felt like writing something for Genji. I went with Blackwatch Genji for this one. It’s not much but eh, I like this idea. -Knight

Genji Shimada

He scared you when you first met. All fury, pain, and intense sadness. Genji was a complicated man with a past so horrific you cried the first time you heard about it.

Genji always kept to himself but you were drawn to him. You couldn’t understand why you always seemed to gravitate to him, you just always found yourself seeking his company. Genji wasn’t exactly friendly though, he wouldn’t even glance your way but you sat there and spoke to him anyways day after day. You would talk about stupid things like how Tracer had gotten stuck in a tree during your last mission or how you wanted to steal McCree’s hat just to see if he was hiding a bald spot, just casual one sided conversations. Genji would never interrupt you or tell you to stop, he would sit there unfazed, like you didn’t exist, but you knew he was listening.

You were late seeing Genji today, detained by the medical staff, but you plopped down on the bench next to him as usual. You had just launched yourself into a story about Reinhardt when Genji interrupted you.

“Why are you injured?” Genji’s voice surprised you. You hadn’t expected him to speak so it took you a moment to get the answer out of your mouth.

“Huh? Oh! I got captured during my last mission. I made a stupid mistake and ended up being taken hostage and interrogated. It’s not nearly as bad as it looks.” Both arms were wrapped in bandages, bandaids covering all the gashes on your face and hands, and a black eye to top it off, you looked a mess but it truly wasn’t as bad as it seemed. “Soon as Angela is back, I won’t look like a half-wrapped mummy.” You said looking Genji in the face. You were suddenly taken aback. Genji looked absolutely furious.

“You should quit Overwatch.” Genji hissed out before standing up and marching off soundlessly leaving you to absorb his words and the anger he’d directed at you.

Sitting alone in your usual spot, you pressed your injured hands to your face and cried.

You didn’t know what to do now. You’d pissed off Genji and felt the best course of action was to just leave him alone. You quit looking for him when you went to report to Commander Reyes, you didn’t visit the spot Genji always rested at, and you didn’t dare look his direction during work. It hurt, to you, he was a friend and the brightest part of your day. Adjusting was hard.

Angela arrived back on base a few days later and got you healed up. You felt a ton better physically but emotionally you felt awful and Angela could tell. You told her about your interaction with Genji when she asked.

“It sounds like he’s just worried about you.” Angela said wisely.

“If you could’ve seen the anger in his eyes, I don’t think you’d say that.” You sighed. “He was probably extremely angry because I was captured, I could have given critical information to our enemies and he more than likely sees that as a huge issue.”

“I suppose. Either way, try not to let it bother you too much. And get some rest, no offense, but you look pretty terrible.” Angela said noticing how exhausted you looked.

“Sure thing, doc.” You said with a smile.

Taking Angela’s advice you headed off to your quarters. The only issue was you had to pass Genji’s usual hang out. This area was always deserted during the day which is why he always hung out there. Your only hope was to pray he wasn’t there just this once.

Turning the corner your fears were realized as Genji sat on the same bench as always staring out the window. You knew he was aware you were there. He didn’t have to look at you to know.

Gathering yourself up you pushed on down the hall, acting as if Genji himself didn’t exist. You were half a step past him when his hand shot out and stopped you. You slowly turned to look at him. He didn’t seem angry or if he was he was hiding it well.

“D-did you need something?” You asked, tripping over your words slightly.

“You look better.” His words were clipped but polite, his hand letting go of your arm.

“Ah, thanks. Angela really is a miracle worker.” You replied. Genji’s eyes slid from you back out the window. You took this as an end to your conversation and turned to leave.

“Tell me something stupid.” Genji’s voice was soft, the softest you’d ever heard it and for some reason it made your heart squeeze slightly. With a small smile, you sat lightly on the bench beside Genji and launched into another dumb story.

Bayverse ideas I found cool

What it says on the tin :D ~ Not saying that all these are ideas are wasted in Bayverse btw, some worked just fine within the movies, some could have used more depth and some are indeed wasted potential, SAY GO!

1. Jazz as second in command of the Autobots 2. Decepticon Police Car Barricade 3. Mikaela, just, everything about her 4. Girl Gestalt Arcee, Chromia and Elita 5. Humans and Autobots working together - like, seriously! I would have enjoyed these movies so much more if instead of following Sam, we had Lennox as the main character and had scene his team bonding with the Autobots as they work together to catch Decepticons. I would have loved to see that happen, but alas, we just have the concept and one like from Epps when he says "they killed my friends" while referring to the Autobots in Dark of the Moon 6. Old man Jetfire 7. The whole Sentinel storyline - would have made a far better story if they had given it more to time, but I really liked the idea and what we got! 8. Humanity turning against the Autobots - this is something I always assumed would happen in the shows in which the Bots are common knowledge - the good thing about this is how it leads to good character arcs and drama for the Autobots, mainly Optimus Prime. His arc (carried over from the end of Dark of the Moon) in Age of Extinction was good! Liked it a lot and it made me love this version of Optimus! Not as well written as it could have been, but the idea is great and they did a good-enough job with it. 9. Laserbeak as a cocky assassin who can shapeshift - great stuff, great stuff :D 10. Shockwave and his giant pet sandworm 11. Optimus starting the 4th movie as broken as he was 12. Having a dad as the Protagonist and drawing clear parallels to him and Prime - I found it cute and they actually stuck with this in the final :D Also, Optimus and Cade is maybe my favourite dynamic any version of Prime has with a human 13. Cade being fucking badass and doing what he does for the Autobots 14. Crosshairs, mostly his design - his trenchcoat looks so epic! <3 15. Lockdown, I liked his role in the 4th movie a lot 16. Megatron's whole plan to use the humans to make him a new body - nice plan pal 17. Quintessa 18. Optimus being brainwashed instead of Nemesis Prime being a clone - and being forced to turn against his family! Super angst source, too bad they didn't manage to make it good 19. The whole negotiation scene between Megs and Lennox was nice - I wish it had meant anything 20. The Dinobot babies

having a bit of a rough day and I needed some fluff with my favorite boys so here we are :) kinda similar to this, but oh well

Cassidy:

honestly isn’t great when it comes to feelings

but especially not great with his own

one of his biggest love languages is gift giving so whenever you’re sad he’ll just give you stuff 

a cupcake from that place you’ve been wanting to try, a limited edition of your favorite book 

he’s not against some quality time sitting down with you either 

if you want to talk about your feelings, he’ll listen, but he probably won’t say much in return 

not that he’s not listening, because trust me, he is

he just isn’t sure what to say and doesn’t want to risk upsetting you more

so instead he’ll respond with slight touches 

a squeeze to the hand for reassurance, a kiss on the forehead 

once you start to feel better, he’ll propose a pyjama party and movie marathon 

and he’ll watch whatever movie you choose with a smile on his face bcs he knows it’ll make you happy

Genji:

pretty well adjusted when it comes to emotions 

he learned from the best after all

insanely good listener 

like can sit there and listen to you talk for hours to try and understand what you’re feeling 

very good at empathising with you too

will hold your hand and rub his thumb against your palm 

makes sure to keep you well hydrated and well fed

he’s not the best cook given he spent most of his youth on more important things (like being a slut) 

so he’ll probably just order you your favorite takeout 

he’ll tell you stories of his youth just to make you laugh even if he’s embarrassed as hell about it

makes sure you feel loved and understood because he never wants you to feel alone

Lucio:

silly little music man 

he will do anything it takes to cheer you up

probably plays you a song on his guitar or something and changes lyrics to be silly/fit you 

his first instinct is to always make you laugh 

but he realizes that isn’t always what you need 

so he’ll put the guitar away and settle down with you

grabs your hands and says something like 

“let’s talk this out” 

let’s you vent whatever you’re feeling (or not feeling) 

and does his absolute best to listen even tho he isn’t always great at it 

your ability to express emotions has always been something he’s admired about you

and is one reason why you’ll forever be his muse 

and he makes sure you know it so you’ll never feel embarrassed to cry in front of him 

Ramattra:

he’s an absolute brick wall when it comes to human things

but especially feelings 

he can’t experience the full calibre of emotions that humans do so it’s hard for him to comprehend them 

still, he hates seeing you upset and in pain, so he’ll try almost anything to cheer you up 

he can’t exactly fight your feelings so he settles on a more…pacifist approach 

probably asks Zen what to do lol 

treads very lightly with you and is super careful not to invalidate whatever you’re feeling 

goes for physical comfort before anything 

wraps you up in a blanket and holds you in his lap

he’ll even put his work away and let you cuddle up to him for as long as you need

weird but I feel like he would rock you?? 

just something soothing he’s seen other humans do and figures it might help 

it does

once you feel better he is super flustered about being so vulnerable 

Zenyatta:

as soon as he notices you getting sad and mopey, he’s on it 

brews you a kickass cup of tea and probably makes you some comfort food 

even tho he’s an omnic he’s a surprisingly good cook 

brings you a mug of tea and a steaming plate of momos and settles in bed with you 

even if he can’t feel emotions to the calibre you do, he’s still an empath and hates seeing you like this 

let’s you lay on his lap and relax and talk it out 

probably reads one of your favourite books with you

or if you can’t focus you guys will watch something in bed 

strokes your hair and talks to you in his soothing voice 

will comfort you through whatever you are dealing with 

whether it’s something silly or something serious, your emotions are not something he takes lightly

the quality of each page is different cuz I drew them weeks apart from one another

he loves you with everything he has left of him. he never thought someone could love him for what he had become. never imagined someone as sweet, soft as you. would love and cherish someone like him. someone with blood on their hands.

spoilers for River Ward missions so BEWARE!

River Ward's questline is so important to me and imma tell you why;

because you can finally save someone.

you can't save Jackie (your best choom) and you can't save Evelyn (who didn't deserve what happened to her) and you can't save Scorpion (who didn't deserve what happened to him) and you can't really save the dolls at Clouds, but you can save Randy and some of the other victims that were taken as well, and i can't tell you how cathartic that was for me (and my V by extension) to know that Randy's gonna be able to come home to a family who loves him.

River, the ex-cop, really said, "I trust you and only you to help me find someone very dear to me," and then you actually??? succeed?????? yes, River, i fucking love you THANK YOU FOR TRUSTING ME

Hi! Idk if youre doing requests or not but I would love to request Blackwatch Genji falling for the new girl in Blackwatch and she feels the same way but is too afraid to tell him. What would happen? Would they confess or would Genji leave before she can say anything? 😭 fluff and angst please ☺️

So I made sure to get Genji’s Blackwatch skin during Retribution and I yelled “tits out for Shimada”. I love Genji XD

- In his BW days, Genji’s a little… he’s really not in the best mindset for romance.

- Falling in love with anybody would be a whole new experience for him. He still knows how to woo in theory, but in practice is a little different. He’s not confident anymore.

- It would evolve slowly. Coworkers. Strangers. Acquaintances. That’s the easy part. Friends…?

- His trust in you grew out of respect, both for you and from you.

- You never ignored his cybernetics, but you never treated him differently for it. You asked questions, but never pried. And you never once looked at him with pity or sadness for his body.

- You held your own, handled him at his worst, and held him to the same expectations as you did with everyone else. At the end of the day, you were the one that made him feel the most human

- He didn’t fall in love with your looks (though he found you incredibly attractive), he fell in love with your teasing and laughter, the way your mind worked, your softness and your ferocity. He fell in love with the essence of you. And he could tell that you had fallen for him as well.

- Genji was conflicted over this at first and withdrew from you. It broke his heart to do so, but he wasn’t ready for this, not yet.

- Over time, he hoped you’d forget about him, however unlikely that would be. When Overwatch fell and he started wandering, he did what he could to forget about you.

- It never really worked though.

- When Winston issued the recall, he didn’t count on seeing you return, though, he really should have.

- It’s been nearly a decade, neither of you are the same people you were back then. And then there’s that whole deal with forgiving him for shutting you out.

- As you work together, you get to know each other again, but only time will tell if that unspoken thing from the past is ever said, or if those old feelings ever return.

Bayverse Prime NSFW headcanons

In these scenarios, reader is cybertronian.

1 - We all know Bayverse Prime is considered the most violent reincarnation of Optimus Prime--which is true at times. However, when it comes to you....he is the sweetest most gentle mech there ever was. You should expect Optimus to be as gentle as he can be with you during sex. Unless you ask him to be a little rough.

2 - Every touch, every squeeze, every thrust-- he has to hold back his immense power as to not harm your smaller frame. Sometimes it's exhausting for him, so naturally he loves when you take over and ride him. He'll watch you with those beautiful ocean blue optics as you press down on his chest and move your hips in the most painstakingly pleasurable and sinful way. His large hands grasping your hips as you do so.

3 - Prime is always so busy and stressed that really the only thing that he can use for stress relief is you. Naturally with being the leader of the free galaxy comes many frustrations. He absolutely adores when he can come home at night and make love to you. He'll do it in many ways. He likes to switch it up. For example, sometimes he'll lay you down on your back and watch you squirm for his shaft, or he'll bend you over and watch your hands try and find something to grasp as he slams into you from behind. Hell, he will even sometimes take you roughly against the wall.

4 - He almost always has to hush you with his hands though. The pleasure he gives you is other wordly--but your relationship needs to stay a secret for the good of both of you. You understand this. He's a Prime for gods sake. He can't have his men knowing he's fragging the only femme bot on their team. Just doesn't look good on his armor.

5 - Optimus isn't just fragging you though. He loves you. He is eternally grateful that you have returned his feelings and is honored you would let him pleasure you like he does.

6 - His favorite position is probably missionary. Prime is old fashioned. He likes something to get the job done, but he also loves watching your facial expressions as he plows into you. It gets his engines revving.
