Question for the otherlink and alterhuman communities

I’ve been identifying as funlink for a while now (corvids, specifically more crow-leaning? But definitely at least a corvid of some type) and even before I was identifying as funlink, I’ve had an odd situation. I’m a system, and ever since a headmate with wings formed, I can feel myself as though I have wings. He has moth wings, and I have crow/corvid wings, so there’s a bit of a difference. He’s able to feel his wings fully when he fronts, including any feeling inflicted to the area his wings are in. I am only able to feel my wings when I think about them, but they feel non-physical, or not fully physical. I can lean against a wall with them and not feel them intersecting with it, but they still feel present. The best way I can describe it is like I have ghost wings attached to me, that I can only feel when I think about them- but I don’t feel any connection necessarily to ghosts.

Anyway my question is this- does this count as shifting? I don’t think I’ve ever had a mental shift, but being able to feel my wings when I think about them sounds like it could be a voluntary physical shift, one that I’m only shifting when I think about it? Idk, just wondering what the community’s thoughts on this are.

Me when I make an object show

Assigning objects to each personality/character archetype I have is hard. If anyone knows a good object to assign to a jester besides a jester hat, please tell me /nf The show isn't a competition show, it's about a royal family and the comedic shenanigans they get into. Takes place in the medieval era, and I already have some characters written and a couple designed. Also if anyone has any unique plot ideas that I might be able to incorporate into the pilot, lmk!
