But transition is dangerous and could be detrimental to your future health. Wouldn't it be better to nip it in the bud?

Nice dodge. It has been proven, actually. No trans person has ever gotten better through therapy alone, without transition. Answer my question. Do you agree with me, or do you advocate my death? Because without transition, many more trans people will resort to suicide.

You presented two alternative states as the only possibilities, when in fact more possibilities exist.

1. Irreversible change isn't a bad thing. A tattoo is irreversable, a peircing is irreversable. So is suicide. 2. Cis women being raped by trans women is a non-issue. Many of my trans friends, however, fear for their life every time they enter a public restroom.

I fear that I'm gonna get raped by a guy and he'll get off scott-free because he claims to identify as a woman.
