ik i said it before but if you care about black artists you should really be spreading the word and helping out Amina Mucciolo rn

she’s a black, autistic, queer woman and this is the second time a big brand has profited off of her & her ideas without even so much as acknowledging they were hers to begin with.

Lisa Frank and Hotels(.)com literally caused her to be evicted in October by stealing her home design for a pop-up hotel. neither companies have issued an apology or compensated her for this to this day.

right now, LOL Surprise & MGA Entertainment are profiting off using her likeness for a doll she did not consent to, and she is not being acknowledged or compensated.

also her gofundme from the Lisa Frank incident still hasn’t reached its goal,

you should still support her further by spreading the word, boycotting these companies, and supporting her shop & buying her art or funding her directly

Happy 3 year anniversary to one of the most amazing series I’ve ever seen

I didn’t make an edit for the anniversary last year but I really wanted to this year as it’s grown to mean so much to me, dude

Raise a glass to all the people who made this series possible, especially Joan for helping to shape the story to the way it is today but also of course Thomas for the idea and the writing and acting, Talyn for their work they use to do costumes and makeup and effects- just so much! Camden for working that video editing magic. Adri, quil, and Aj for the awesome writing! And anyone or anything else that helped this series continue. Ily guys!!

Ruby Bridges was the first black child to desegregate the all-white William Frantz Elementary School in Louisiana during the New Orleans school desegregation crisis in 1960.

This movie made me cry, I was so heart broken by how Ruby Bridges was treated! She was only 6, but was so strong. She is a very brave girl and she did not care what the white folks called her.

People are simply disgusting to minimize people by skin color!

Ruby you might not think you’re a hero… But to other people you are! You are A HERO and you are A PERSON WHO MADE AMERICA CHANGE!
