august 28th: tea or coffee?
i’m not a huge fan of either ! 😬 i do enjoy the occasional chamomile tea, but i really like these little chocolates for some caffeine! i also love mtn dew and energy drinks, but i try not to drink them too much, bc they’re obv not the greatest for you
planned out all my ap chem and ap psych studying for next semester! i think i’m studying every single day lol
girlie stop scrolling through tumblr you are one second away from crumbling under academic pressure

day 1 - what did you achieve last year? what are you setting out to achieve this month? this year?
last year, i took my first AP test! it was biology and i did well, with lots of studying, of course. i also took the PSAT for the first time, and did very well with minimal studying 😬 i was invited to the NSLC, and am currently top of my class. this definitely sounds braggy, and i apologize for that, but frankly, it was a rough year so i’m proud of myself for achieving all of that :)
this month, i am going to begin studying for the AP Chemistry and AP Psychology exams. i’m also going to begin my very first college class!
i’m hoping, in this new year (and decade), to end my horrible procrastination habits. i will be taking the PSAT twice more this year, with actual studying this time ! hopefully i’ll be able to attend the NSLC this summer and i’ll do my best on my 3 AP exams in May.
Hey so, I decided to do another masterpost. This time on exams. Some tips for studying at the very last minute if you are like me, disclaimer: I am not in any way supporting cramming but this is just to help you through if you are left with no choice other than cramming.

when you crave academic validation but also live and breathe procrastination.
day 17 - what does home mean to you?
i’m not really sure. i feel at home when traveling. when i start to get comfortable in whatever place i’m visiting - that’s home to me :)
I love people with obscure knowledge or useless academic insights. I want to hear your analysis of lighting in Ratatouille. Tell me about the history of soda pop or the references to classical mythology in Macbeth. I want to know about the underlying homoerotic context of that 1930s sci-fi paperback. I think all knowledge is worthwhile knowledge. Explain to me the ecosystems that komodo dragons inhabit. Don’t be afraid to learn for the sake of learning.
Excited for this outcome. Especially because Tumblr is so English-centric, even though a lot of people are not native speakers.
As always, reblog for a bigger sample size.
Put the actual language you write in in the tags!
