He sees Blaise Zabini waltzing down the halls with Pansy Parkinson and Draco Malfoy scowling behind. He is reminded of Dorcas, Evan and himself, prancing about the halls. Blood purity be damned. Before everything went wrong. Before the deatheaters, family obligations and Dumbledore’s child militia tore them apart.
