Simon is canonically Lenny and Vinny's older brother and that tells me that he couldn't be that much older than them. Which means Fabian and Vengenza would be WAY too old for him. To me Simon would be 9-11 years older than the twins so that makes Fabian old enough to be his dad and Vengenza old enough to be his grandmother.
