so this is kind of a stretch, but I was thinking abt how the crying child dies via the hand (or mouth,rather) of his own dads creation, and how it’s sorta poetically ironic.
Like this guy who kills children and turns them into robots having his own son meet the same fate via his creations in a freak accident is weird, right?
Well this is where the theory comes in! what if it wasn’t an accident? Golden Freddy is possessed by both the crying child AND the puppet, right? So what if at this point it was the puppet who bit down on crying child? What if this was the puppets attempt to thwart Afton from continuing his research into remnant by trying to hurt him where it counts? To show him their power and vengeance, their desperate attempt to stop him? And it only pushing him further into madness.
Anyway probably not, but it’s interesting to think abt! :]
