Can an Imp or Hellhound Work for an Overlord?

Asking because I’m adding some characters for my Theatre Overlord OCs, 2 of which will be hellborn.

One will actually be a character you all have seen before, she was originally part of another character, but decided to make her a separate character.

Slight Walle Redesign

Now that I got the basic idea of what the Theatre Overlords will look like, I’m gonna be doing a redraw/redesign for fix proportions, colors, and make changes in overall design.

First we have Walle, the Artist Overlord.

I used Niffty and Millie as reference for drawing the body and colors.

I shortened the length of the limbs, torso, and “horns”, I also enlarged the head. I decided to make the veins on the arm less complicated for easy reference.

I decided to add small lashes to his eye, and added bug wings since he’s based off a stag beetle.

I also adjusted/changed the colors so that they are less faded and more bright like in the show.

Neue AU Headshot Rough Drafts: Crimson

Here are the rough draft headshots for Crimson: Horrortale Neue:

I may have overdone it the hair, but in my defense: he hasn’t had his character arc/development yet. The basic idea is that Crimson is super insecure & self-conscious about his appearance (especially his face), so his hair is super long & thick to cover a good majority of his face.

You can’t really tell due to how the headshot is cropped, but one of his horns completely broke off with the base barely sticking out from his hair.

Also he’s gonna be one of few that’ll still have the “goat” eyes because it just looks natural on him & ~aesthetic~.

Small Reach Update & Information

As shown in the previous post, I’m creating an infection/outbreak AU for Hetalia.

I will say that updates will be a bit slow, since I’m gonna try & do multiple pictures/comics to show the characters’ statuses during this AU.

I’m currently working on the status pages for the Allied Powers.

While waiting, I can answer any questions you all may have regarding this AU.

I’m also gonna give a bit more information about the virus & its effects.

Q: How is the virus transmitted?

A: During the testing phase, this virus would have been in a gas state & be released similar to tear gas. However with the Variant A infected, it would be transmitted by any bodily fluids; so biting, any infected fluids entering open wounds, or injections. With Variant B infected, it would be transmitted by spores, either by inhalation, or entering the body through open wounds & bodily orifices.

Q: How does it affect the Countries?

A: The countries can still get infected like their citizens, however the progress of the infection will vary depending on much of their population is infected. Less infected = slow progression -OR- More infected = fast progression.

Q: Why does it affect certain organisms?

A: The creatures/plants that are affected by this virus all have something in common: they share DNA with humans! Plus it’s funny to imagine an infected banana.

Q: When does this take place?

A: Definitely takes place in the 2020s, but is not specified during the series.

Neue AUs Headshots Rough Draft: Neue

So I’m working on doing headshots for the different AU variants of Neue.

I’m mainly want to work on the head/facial areas of the characters, & figure out how I want their appearance (hair, eyes, horns, ears, etc.) to look like.

I’m going to do 2 headshot rough drafts each character: one with a simple hair/horn design & one with a more detailed hair/horn to match the goat breed they’re based on.

Here is the first rough drafts of Undertale Neue, the original:

For reference regarding the hair, horns & ears; he’s based of the Angora Goat (Picture not mine, found on Google):

I don’t know if it looks like it, but I was trying to give him curly hair since the wool coat looks curly to me (I also had to look up what mohair was).

I’m going to be changing the eyes to normal pupil lights instead of the goat pupil, since it looks more “natural”. However there will be a few characters that will still have it.

On a side note, if y’all want to hear “headcanons” for Crimson(Horrortale Neue), Vani(Dusttale Neue), Sabon(Something New Neue), or Gisha(X-Tale); please leave a comment.

Mafiatale Neue Rough Draft

Mafiatale Neue’s name is “Bernard”.

Here is the rough draft:

He’s based off a Sarda Goat.

He’s only an inch taller than Neue, and his hair is in a partial ponytail, he also has a few chipped teeth.

*Random Question: Is it Mafiatale or Mobtale?*

Mafiafell Neue Rough Draft

I can’t decide if I want her name to be “Rozha” or “Carter”. I guess one could be an alter alias.

Here is the rough draft:

She’s based off the Australian Cashmere Goat.

She’s about an inch or 2 taller than Roman; her hair used to be to longer, but decided to cut it for her side job (and to be spiteful towards her parents).

Killer AU Neue Rough Draft

I think the AU is called “Something New”, but it’s the one with Killer Sans.

This version is named “Sabon”.

Here is the rough draft:

He is based off the Tennessee Fainting Goat.

He’s an inch or 2 shorter than Roman, and he has a rat tail hairstyle.

For future reasons, you are legally allowed to hate this variant; I’ll go more in depth on his character sheet, but his personality is similar to that of Kokichi Oma from Danganronpa V3 or simply like Flowey from Undertale.

I want to brainstorm on some OCs for the TMNT fandom.

Now I have thought up of a few in the past, but never drew them or posted them anywhere, mainly made mental images and that’s it.

Here are the main 3 that I stuck with:

Artemisia, or Mia for short, was the turtles’ younger sister. She was found by Splinter a few years after he and the turtles mutated, and was adopted by them. Mia was either another mutated turtle or a yokai, depending on the universe. She was depicted with a long, white bandana, that could have pink sakura designs on the tails of it. Her weapon of choice was a combination of a Naginata and a Kyoketsu-shoge. She was named after an Italian artist named Artemisia Gentileschi.

Evan was a character that would be a possible love interest for Leo. He was either a dragon yokai disguised as a human, or a human that mutated into a moth, depending on the universe. He was depicted as someone of Chinese descent. He would’ve met the turtles by accident, either by running into them while on patrol or following them, thinking they were wearing costumes.

Adrian was a character that would be a possible love interest for Raph. She was always depicted as human that mutated into a turtle, usually the same species of turtle as Raph. She was the daughter of a zookeeper that took great care of the animals, but her favorites were the reptiles and amphibians. She was quite knowledgeable about those types of animals, especially turtles. When meeting the turtles, specifically Raph, she was very excited and found them adorable.

I’m also working on some new OCs that are basically the products of experimentas involving DNA combinations of different animals. I have 2 so far.

One has the base of a Common Snapping Turtle that has the secondary base of a Nile Crocodile, and the combines DNAs of an African Bush Elephant and a Polar Bear.

The other one has the base of a Yellow-bellied Slider that has the secondary base of a Toothed Tiger Ichneumon Wasp, and the combined DNAs of a Pale Tussock Moth and a Panther Chameleon. This one is definitely a reference to the Parasitica episode from TMNT 2012.

Possible More AU Variants of Neue

I’m experiencing low motivation for drawing, but I’m still working on the clothing rough drafts.

However, I am gonna be adding more AU Variants of Neue. These variants won’t have a big impact on the story or none at all (at least for now), but I think they’ll be fun to draw.

Now a few of these AUs will be my own version/redesign, not because I don’t like the original concept, this is just my own spin on them.

Dancetale

-IDK what type of dance this Neue will have, since Toriel is Waltz & Sans is Hip-Hop.

-I could see him being one of these options:

•A combination of both

•Waltz or Hip-Hop, or some variation of them

•Something entirely unrelated to both

Birdtale

-While the original just has the characters have wings on their backs (& I’ve seen some with talon/clawed feet), I’m gonna up the “bird” characteristics a bit more.

-The arms will be replaced with wings & the lower parts of the legs will look like talons.

-The nose/top part of the mouth will vaguely look similar to a beak.

-They’ll be based off a species of birds or a combination of 2-3 birds.

•For this version of Neue, he’ll be based off the Himalayan Griffon & the Collared Scops-Owl.

Reapertale

-This version of Neue would be the “child” of Life & Death. IDK what the correct terminology would be for this, but they would “rule” represent the realm between life & death.

-Their name is Purgatory, which might change if I can find a more accurate name for this, & they would play an interesting rule for this AU.

•They would decide if a soul deserves a second at life or if they must pass on into the afterlife.

•This would mainly affect individuals who are in a comatose state, or if they died “too early”.

Oceantale

-While the original was based more on mythical creatures (with the exception of a few), I’m gonna based this Neue’s design off real life sea creatures.

-They could either be based off a singular sea creature, or a combination of 2-3 species.

•For this version of Neue, they’ll be based off the Leafy Seadragon, Lion’s Mane Jellyfish & the Whale Shark.

Angeltale

-The original was similar to appearance of Birdtale, with the characters just having wings on their backs. So I’m gonna change them to look similar to nightmare fuel that is the “biblical accurate angels”.

-They would have 2 forms:

•Their true form which would be the equivalent of “biblically accurate angels”.

•The “Be-Not-Afraid” form which would give them a more “normal” appearance similar to their Undertale counterpart with some angel-like features.

Deltarune

-You know I had to include this for funsies.

-In this AU, Neue would be the son of Sans & an unnamed individual, so his personality would be different.

-His name would be Neuton, & IDK what RPG class he would have yet in the Dark World.

Blank Template

-Now this would be an original AU (unless there’s an AU like this so please tell me if that’s the case).

-Basically everyone would be a blank template of each character:

•Basic Designs with little to no colors (I guess white would be considered a color).

•Bare minimum concept of powers & personality based off the original Undertale characters.

•Little to no facial/emotion expression unless near a large influence of raw emotion.

-This version of Neue would be named “Canvas” (like a blank canvas).
