Oh yes, the two of them were quite close when Perry (formerly Petunia) was first born! Perry’s grandma would often come to visit her grandchildren when Perry was young! (noticeably more so than when Timmy was a baby ☠️)

Unnnnfortunetly after Perry socially transitioned at 8 and changed his name, Mama Comic did NOT take it well, finally showing some of her true colors, despite having PRETENDED to accept her son and daughter in laws identities, she drew the line at them “brainwashing her granddaughter”, and actually reacted SO negatively the entire family has been estranged from her for years…

Honestly ask-blog era Perry is still kinda messed up about it, and probably will try to change the subject if his grandma is brought up 😔

BUT!! In the future, Perry DOES reconnect with her eventually, once she’s able to put her personal baises aside for the sake of family ;w;
