one of my outsider friends was telling me how they headcanons steve to be into tattoos !! (you know who you are.)
so that got me thinking that steve is secretly a good artist and is surprisingly good at copying down references. also the doodles on his homework/notebook/papers from school>>>>>
This is honestly so bad but um i made it!! đź’Ś
drawing of my OC named Harry Potter. i created him when i was a very young child and staying at my aunt's house when she asked me if i'd ever read the Harry Potter books before and I said no and my beautiful mind immediately imagined a fun cartoon hippo named Harry Potter who starred in various picture books and i was severely disappointed when she showed me the sorcerer's stone and some lame as fuck nerd was on the cover instead. so when you think about it, mine was actually first.
Thinking about Darrel a couple years post canon. How he’s doing his nightly stuff, he’s cleaning up dishes and then doing laundry and then, right before he’s about to go to his room to get some sleep, he turns. He turns and he’s met with the sight of Ponyboy. He turns around and he looks at his little brother and he realizes something. He’s no longer looking at the toddler and little kid who used to follow him like a shadow. He’s no longer looking at the twelve year old who was suddenly really attached to Soda. He’s not even looking at the fourteen year old who’s been to hell and back. Instead, he’s looking at this kid who’s almost seventeen. He’s looking as his brother stands in the hallway and rubs the back of his neck awkwardly. He looks at his tall, lanky, and more grown up little brother. He actually has to stop himself from tearing up a bit when he sees him. Because looking at him reminds Darrel that his baby brother really is growing up, he’s growing up and Darrel is so damn proud of him for it. He’s so proud and so grateful that his baby brother was capable of continuing to move forward even when the world seemed to take everything from him. So when Pony opens his mouth to say something, he can’t even get a word out before he’s suddenly crushed in a strong embrace from his oldest brother. Pony’s confused because he was just coming in to get some water then go back to bed and now his brother is crushing him in a hug. But then Darrel pulls back and puts a firm hand on Pony’s shoulder and just says “shit, you’re really growing up on me, huh” and once again, before Pony can even respond, Darrel is moving to continue to his room, before he turns and says one more thing “I’m proud of you kid. And hey, don’t forget to turn that light off when you’re done”
being this hot at your 40 is literally insane
Sodapop Curtis cried when Elvis died. Then he proceeded to play nothing but his old Elvis records for the next three weeks. Ponyboy was about ready to break them in half by the end of it.
pony, johnny and dally have dined and dashed before. in fact, i think the whole gang has at least once, even darry.
hey. hey. when Pony starts actin like a brat n Darry starts bickerin with him n they slowly escalate into a full out argument the rest of the gang refer to it solely n exclusively as "the horse n Pony show". Just so u know.
yes please do [tiktokhappy]
*looks at my Stevepop drag racing au, then looks at my phone which is playing the cars movie. Then looks back at the au*
So what if I made famous race car driver Steve and his childhood friend soda au a real thing guys

THANK YOU SO MUCH IN ADVANCE !! if it's too much i 100% understand that as well <33

They avoid schedules, preferring to make plans as they go. They have less aware of time and enjoy being adaptable.

Pathfinders defend themselves by rationalizing away negative feelings. They unconsciously convince themselves that they are happy, even when they are not.

rant lmao
what pisses me off about dallas haters is that they (rightfully ofc) call him out on harassing cherry and obviously thats fucked of him to do. but they all forget that pony says that he would join in as well if cherry had been a greaser. he also says that steve, soda, & two-bit might have joined in too. so why aren't we calling the others out? like idk it js pmo. like ik dallas was the one doing it but pony admitting he'd join in on harassing girls if they were greasers too is fucked. let's stop the double standards pls, if ur gonna call one of them out call all of them out. also here are my quotes bc i dont like not providing proof bc i dont pull things out of my ass.
"Two-Bit or Steve or even Soda would have gone right along with him, just to see if they could embarrass the girls..." (page 20-21)
"I wouldn't have felt so embarrassed if they had been greasy girls – I might even have helped old Dallas. But those two girls weren't our kind." (page 21)
okai bye !!
two souls are sometimes created together and in love before they're born.
