Back on my Doctor Who kick, and I have something to say

I was rewatching Face the Raven, Heaven Sent and Hell Bent, right? I forgot just how toxic Clara and Twelve's relationship was, I loved every moment, it was fun, and enjoyable, but when you really look at it, when you really dive into it, they were so terrible for each other, they were complex, but bottom line, Twelve was really about to let the universe crumble for her, he spent FOUR AND A HALF BILLION YEARS breaking out of a prison, JUST to bring her back, and when he did, he wasn't going to tell her exactly how he did it, and Clara did the Doctor thing, and reversed the polarity on the memory wipe to pull one over on Twelve. They loved each other SO MUCH that they'd go to unreasonable lengths to keep each other safe. I loved the complexities, so when I say that they were my favourite doctor companion duo, it's not because they were only entertaining to watch, it wasn't just because they were silly, and matched each other's energy so well, it was because they were so complicated that I had no choice but to dissect every aspect of their relationship.
