Hazbin Hotel Swap

Alastor <-> Charlie

Alastor is the co-owner of the Hazbin Hotel though he's really the one running the show as Charlie just watches him fumble through it. He doesn't help out of the kindness of his heart. He's in hell for a reason. He believes he doesn't belong in hell. That he's destined for greater things. So he feigns friendliness and tries to help winners reform in hope that the angels will grant him ascension as well. He doesn't care about his clients only his own reputation and his false kindness

Charlie is the owner of the Hazbin Hotel. In this universe she started the hotel well before the show starts. And she was much like the Charlie we knew. But after failure after failure and being shunned and laughed at she grew bitter. The hotel became rundown and she lost sight of her goal. She no longer believes anyone is capable of redemption. She picks who deserves a chance at heaven and who deserves to die. She's in a relationship with Vaggie who's the only sinner she believes deserving of heaven. However as the show goes on her cheery side returns and she once again is given hope

Story: Used to be one of the angels until she met a mysterious man who showed her that her heaven was fake and just a small part of a much bigger world. This caused her to spiral out of control and she fell from heaven. You meet her as a very weird and chatty NPC who asks you to find her a special key to unlock the gates of heaven. After doing so she claims she's going to destroy to set everyone free from their facade forcing you to stop her. During her battle you have to clip her wings so she falls from heaven again
