— There was no “oh my god i shifted” moment. it all felt very natural to me. You’ve existed in your dr since forever, your ‘cr’ mind doesn’t take over when you shift, hence why it’s so natural when you shift.
— There’s no right way to shift. I’ve shifted in different ways (sleep paralysis, lucid dreaming, just simply thinking about being there etc). You can shift in any way you like. my last shift i simply went to bed and it happened! Don’t get caught up with worrying if you’re doing the right thing and go with the flow.
— You most likely shift by allowing yourself to do it and not forcing it. That’s why people are more likely to shift on accident and not when they’re forcing it because there’s no pressure. You have either shifted or not. Decide you have and trust yourself.
— It’s the easiest thing in the world because you do it all the time. When you shift back it’s like “wait it’s that easy?”. Yes, you don’t need to affirm 500 times, visualise, meditate. It’s simply just deciding you are there and trusting yourself.

do you have any advice for someone who has been setting intention (using subs as well) to wake up in dr and still waking up here? i know by saying that i am technically going against what i should be doing but i struggle with mental health so i assume that it won't affect my shifting journey.
HI ML, okay so, first of all, "negative thoughts and mental struggles" cannot impacts your journey unless it's the thought of "I'm never going to shift/ I can never enter my Dr"
You sound like you already placed a metaphor that whenever you do that, you'll wake up in your CR, because going to sleep with only the hope of "I wish/ I hope I would wake up" will get you a 0.01 chance of actually waking up there, why? It's not backed up by genuine belief of laying back and letting it work.
If you wish for an apple to appear in front of you on the desk, and nothing happens? It's your assumptions that is only backed up by hope and nothing else, you have to back it up by simply saying.
"so there is an apple, and it's there, why worry? Why do I care? It's literally just an apple."
Same thing with realities, I know, I know we all want to go home so bad and be there for once, but my love you need to understand that your mindset needs a shift, needs one click of realization that you can most definitely just sleep and wake up there.

Sounds weird? Not at all, they didn't back it up with hope, they backed it up by belief and knowledge that yes they'll wake up there.
Almost like the night before you sleep your mother will tell you she'll wake you up for a dentist appointment, so obviously you go to sleep with that knowledge, and when you wake up? You already know you have a dentist appointment.

you're not running out of time to shift. just because you didn't shift yesterday, or the week before, or the year before, doesn't mean that it's gonna be taken from you. there's no clock ticking, no train leaving the station, no alarms blaring to get the last ticket, no one to race against, nothing. breathe. no one and nothing can take it away from you. it will always be there.
Number one, get off of tiktok. I say this with love toward the shifttok community and as someone who still watches videos on there. Stop depending on other people. Especially on TikTok. People on TikTok love to preach about how much hard work it is and how shifting isn't easy, but everyone is capable of it if they "keep pushing and trying and experimenting with a new method every single night." Which leads me to my next point.
Shifting is easy. People on tiktok love to preach the opposite because they heard the affirmation "shifting is as easy as breathing" and chose to take it literally and then got their feelings hurt when it didn't go their way. Shifting is easy the moment you decide it is easy. And I mean really decide and truly believe, not just saying it a couple of times before bed without any intention behind it and then being confused when you're not in your desired reality.
I used to let myself get obsessed to the point of burn out. I survived the misinformation era of shifttok and unfortunately there still is misinformation on there. But more than that, it's full of people overcomplicating it. In 2023, I barely attempted with shifting at all because I was so burnt out and so drained from my "failures." That bled into 2024 as well where when I finally found my spark again, I would lose it after two tries and then would be demotivated for weeks or even months at a time.
But then at the end of 2024, something finally clicked for me. And it wasn't because of shifttok and it certainly wasn't because of tumblr either (I wasn't actively on shiftblr at this time). Something clicked and I suddenly didn't have any doubts about shifting. I knew with 100000% certainty that shifting is real, and because I knew it was real, I also knew that I would shift eventually. But that was my next obstacle. That one word.
Eventually.
I would spend every attempt believing in shifting but not really believing I would shift then.
Then I came on shiftblr. No, you should not depend on anyone for your shifting journey besides yourself. But I will say it was refreshing to see a switch from "which method should I do?" "What works for you?" "I've been trying for three years and nothing is working" "guys is shifting actually real?" to "obviously shifting is real and it's easy" "all you need to do is let yourself have it" "you don't need elaborate methods, just believe."
I will always love shifttok, but I can admit that it definitely stunted my growth on my journey. Listening to other people and depending on what other shifters, especially successful shifters, were saying fucked me over. You don't need those outside voices. All you need to do is let yourself believe that you can do it. And I mean ACTUALLY believe. The second you decide it's easy, it is easy. Shifting really can be as easy a breathing, if you let it.
And if you were on shifttok, you'd probably have a dozen different people saying in your ear "no, it's not. Shifting is hard because it's taken me years." But it only has taken them that much time because they keep reinforcing that idea over and over in their minds (calling myself out there). If I had the mindset I have right now back in 2020, I would have shifted to my desired reality within the first month of trying.
Although, it is probably a good thing I didn't shift right away to my first dr because that script was rancid and I did not understand shifting back then LMAOOOO
So tldr- stop depending on outsiders on your journey, especially people that overcomplicate it on tiktok. Figure out what you need to do to believe, believe in yourself that you can achieve it too, and then know that you will shift. Every time you want to shift, remind yourself that you will shift and that it is easy. Because it is. You never needed an instruction manual on how to dream or how to breathe. It's already built in. All you need to do is allow yourself.

You’re not meant to gaslight yourself and deny the 3D. You must accept that’s how THAT reality will go and that’s also NOT YOUR reality. Having a knowing of that creates disconnection between the old story and who you truly are. Not having a knowing of that and constantly worrying about it and fearing it makes you connected to your old story. Stop worrying about stuff (3D) that has nothing to do with you.
You have nothing to change but self. What I mean by that is change where your mind is at, not your thoughts. Your thoughts and mind are two different things/parts. As long as you change self it must externalize. There is nothing to change or create but your mind, you’re not creating nothing in the 3D because it is already done in your mind, only your mind matters nothing else.

When I started my journey I used to believe it was about "knowing", it isn't. It's about saturating your subconscious. You don't have to know, or believe or feel or whatever else you're worried about.
Also, "ignoring the 3D" isn't what you think it is. Ignoring the 3D does not mean somehow inducing amnesia and you just have no idea what your surroundings are or what's happening around you. That's not it.
Of course you are experiencing what's happening around you, and yes it might trigger you.
I think a lot of the stress associated with "ignoring the 3D" is because you are expecting yourself to magically become oblivious to the world around you.
Ignoring the 3D just means that you continue to feed your subconscious affirmations/visualizations/whatever you're using that imply you have what you want .
You don't have to walk around like you don't know what is happening and abandon responsibilities you just have to affirm anyway.
It's ok if you have to take care of business in the 3D and your actions "conflict with" your desire.
Example: paying your rent when you're affirming that you own a house or going to work when you're affirming you're rich
"Acting as if" is actually just thinking as if. It just means you're telling your subconscious what you want to happen instead of what the 3D is showing you. Your subconscious doesn't care about the 3D or what you're doing in it, you don't have to neglect responsibilities.
It's OK to get emotional, and from personal experience I can tell you it's OK if you don't believe your affirmations. There are times where something manifests and I still don't fully believe it.

ALL you're doing is repeating something till your subconscious creates it in your reality and you don't repeat "the old story " because it has already been repeated to your subconscious so much that it is an assumption.
That's IT that's all you're doing that all it is. Everything else could say is just noise.

Some people do not understand how manifestation works 💀 if I say I’m a master shifter then it means I am one, no matter if I use a method or not, no matter if I shifted or not. I’m still a master shifter no matter what.

do whatever feels right to you. and you’ve probably heard this a bunch of times, but just listen.
you read a bunch of posts every day, waiting for the post that will supposedly help you figure out what you’re missing. what the “key” to shifting is. you try so many methods, even if you don’t feel comfortable doing them. hell, you’ll even lay in a starfish position if you have to. but here’s the thing, you don’t HAVE to.
you don’t have to do anything. only if you want to.
shifting is a personal journey. shifting is knowing that you’re free and you’re not bound to this one reality. you are able to experience multiple others. if shifting is supposed to feel freeing, why do you think you have to do all this stuff even if you don’t want to do them? you see people say “robotically affirming is a must,” and you follow that, even if you don’t want to do that. you see people say “let go and detach” and even if you don’t want to do that, you do it anyways. why? you think it’ll make you shift?
the only thing or person that can make you shift is you. nothing is needed when it comes to shifting. a script is not needed. a method is not needed. nothing is truly needed unless you want it to be needed. its all about want. do you want to do that stuff? do you want to let go and try to detach from this reality? then do it. go ahead. experiment if you want to. if letting go isn’t your thing, then try another. or don’t try anything at all.
and if you’re indecisive and you don’t know what to try, then lets forget about all the known methods and advice for a second. sit down and think “i know what shifting is, great. how do i want to do it?”
but only do that if you want.
if this sounds confusing, i’ll end it here. all i’m trying to say is do what you want, because at the end of the day, nothing is stopping you from shifting. you can forget everything i just said if you want to and do those methods, like laying in a starfish position even if it makes you uncomfortable. you don’t have to listen to every post and piece of advice you hear. but you can if you want to.
