To be fair, there isn't much canon NSH lore. Have you played Spearmaster's campaign yet? There are (spoiler) some pretty funny conversations between SRS ans NSH

I find it kinda funny how much we all like NSH despite there being like a few lines of dialog and one art of him in the entire game.

Videocult just went "this guy's name is No Significant Harassment" and the fanbase immediately decided that this chaos goblin is awesome, and we were very much correct, NSH is awesome.

Anyways, sorry for the rant, I just love NSH
