probably not! on top of being unable to sleep, Lowell also doesn't really want to sleep, and when he does, he has terrible dreams. Historically sleeping medication has made that worse for him. He also has an impaired digestion so he metabolizes and reacts to medications strangely- only a few sleeping meds will actually knock him out.

A psychiatrist may be able to balance his meds correctly if you... somehow convinced him to go to one, but it's a losing battle. At most if you were really wheedling him to try and sleep you might be able to convince him to drink a chamomile tea.

Teaching people what yanderes are, and what they are capable of is very important I feel. Since many seem to not understand or only know of the more sanitized versions.
