Moc!Dean and Demon!Dean were such funny plotlines in retrospect because he was out here killing the worst people to have ever existed, like predators, traffickers, incels, old money southern white people (except for the Cyrus kid), that one deranged ex-man of letters and I’m supposed to be clutching my pearls and shaking. No!! Let him cook!! He was doing honest work until everyone else went and freaked out on him.
Carmy berzatto is such a wonderfully written character, who is so beautifully complex in many ways and is portrayed so perfectly by JAW but every time he comes on screen the first damn thing that comes to my mind is “why is he so fucking t i n y ??”
Thinking about them today
I love him but it’s true
Everyday I think about how Chris Storer wrote Sydcarmy; One of the most achingly beautiful love stories I’ve seen in media in a long time. About two people who were connected long before they met and how they eventually found each other when they needed it the most. Who have continued to build upon their love together and created something beautiful born out of devotion. Who understand each other on a cosmic level, who have made each other better in every way possible. Who were indubitably meant to be partners in every sense of the word. And how Storer very well might throw it all away for one of the most boring, unhealthy, underdeveloped, wonderbread couples who look they could be distant cousins.
When you realize the revolution all started because of love. Because Peeta burnt the bread and threw it to Katniss so she wouldn’t starve to death. Because Katisss was protecting the only person in the world she was sure she loved when she volunteered as tribute. Because Peeta confessed he had been in Love with Katniss for years. Because Katniss honored Rue when she died by singing to her and surrounding her body with flowers. Because Thresh spared Katniss for protecting Rue. Because Katniss saved Peeta even though she didn’t have to. Because the star crossed lovers couldn’t die in that arena. Because Katniss only ever wanted to save Prim and keep Peeta alive. Because loving others so fiercely was seen as an act of defiance against the Capitol.
Like Him - Tyler, The Creator
You better believe I’m gonna take that 5 second clip and run with it
Listen I know that “people who are close to you aren’t supposed to treat you that way” is supposed to be sad but it’s also beautiful in a way because it shows that Sally has shown Percy the way he deserves to be loved hence why he prayed to her instead of Poseidon and why he calls himself Sally Jackson’s son because It was Sally who loved him the way he deserves to be loved
The fact that some people still think Syd is inferior to Carmy or that they have a mentor/mentee dynamic after Carmy HIMSELF said “I couldn’t do this without you, I wouldn’t even want to do this without you, you make better at this” is actually insane
