Hello! Every time I see your work, I immediately get a charge of serotonin for the rest of my day, thank you so, so much for your amazing artwork!!! I've read in your bio that you're a Game Art student and that gave me so much inspiration as well, since I am aspiring to work in the game industry as well! May I ask you, which university do you attend and do you enjoy it? Forgive me for the personal question, feel free not to answer it!

Oh, hey, hi! I’m currently in my 3rd year of Game Art studies out of 5 at Rubika, a french digital visuals school were there are 4 specialties (Animation, Design, Game Art and Game Design). 

My school is known for actually being rather pricy (~8500€/year in Bachelor) but the progress I’ve made through the years and our formation for work in the future is undeniably there. I actually have a loan since my parents cannot entirely help me pay for my studies at the moment.

About the work load in general. It’s... Rough. I’m not gonna lie, it’s really rough, especially for neuro-atypical people suffering from ADHD for exemple. You have group projects and jurys for these projects along with classes everyday from September to June, and during the summer holidays we have to find internships for our programs. We have homework/small projects pretty much all the time instead of exam periods universities have on top of our semester games. 

However, it’s amazing nevertheless. If you push aside all the trouble, the tensions and the usual rough times, it’s a pretty chill and open-minded school and the teachers actually are professionals coming for the day to teach us their specific fields.
